Thank you for your feedback! We're very sorry to hear about the damage. Our resolution team filed the damaged claim as soon as we received your complaint. We regret that it took some time for the insurance company to resolve it despite making constant follow-ups.
We stand behind our product and we take full accountability even though this damage happened while the package was in transit. We've already stepped in and issued a refund for the full amount. It should be credited back to your account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank's processing time. We've also sent you a refund notification email as your confirmation.

“Unfortunately my flower order was slightly disappointing. The box is beautiful; however, when we opened it we found a rose had fallen off. I was also hit by a horrible cheap perfume aroma and not a pleasant scent you usually smell from a bouquet of roses.
Again, the black round box was gorgeous even though I expected it to be a little bigger for the $199 price I paid for the arrangement.”

“My first order was to surprise my mother-in-law..she was delighted but 6 petals was discovered and was laying in the box as she opened it up. I expected none to fall off as paying a lot for roses to last for 365 days. Other than that she was delighted but I was expecting perfection.”
