THIS COMPANY GETS AN ALL TIME WORST FROM ME. DEAD ROSE PEDALS WITH WHAT LOOKED LIKE MUSTARD SEEDS WERE DELIVERED TO ME TODAY. AS I STARTED TO OPEN THE BOX, DEAD PEDALS AND WHAT LOOKED LIKE MUSTARD SEEDS CAME OVER FLOWING OUT ALL OVER MY KITCHEN TABLE AND FLOOR. THE BOX WAS COMPLETELY UNDAMAGED BY THE WAY, TELLING ME THIS COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED DUE TO SHIPPING, BUT THEY WERE PACKAGED THIS WAY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I CALLED THEM IMMEDIATELY TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND THEY REFUSED. AND THE MANAGER WAS AS UNPROFESSIONAL AS THEY COME. BAD COMPANY BAD BUSINESS!! NOT TO MENTION THEY COST $159.00 DOLLARS, AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. OUTRAGED!!

Flowers arrived damaged I emailed, called and left voice mails. Finally, I was sent a label to send back the damaged roses. I was told they had the most damaged flowers Valentine's Day 2024 due to delivery problems The flowers were under warranty and would send me a new arrangement. I sent back the arrangement in the original box with the ribbon still attached through Fed Ex with their return label Instructions said to use original box but the box had already been destroyed Fed Ex measured and charged me for a box then put the black box with flowers into it I am now being told the flowers came back smashed and they will not send me a replacement. These flowers were the grande round and over $360. I have spoken to customer service and they said there was nothing they could do and would have a supervisor call me back. No call. Left two subsequent messages. So there is no warranty

Placed my order on 2/7, Glam Fleur presented me with a calendar of when I wanted it delivered, so I chose 2/14. Not only did it not arrive on 2/14, and it did not arrive on 2/15 either. It arrived on 2/16 when we were out of town! So on 2/19 when we returned, it was not in the pristine condition as I would have expected, especially considering the price I paid for it. Now they are claiming that I am beyond the "10-day warranty period, so "too bad". They claim that you can "Make Any Occasion Special With Glam Fleur!!!!" Indeed you can...just not in the way that you expect!! Buyer beware!!!!!

They should be given a MINUS 5 stars. So embarrassed and disappointed. First off I ordered an arrangement for my best girlfriend for he 60th birthday. On the web site you can choose the date of delivery. I chose the day of her birthday but they were delivered a week earlier. They were left in the pouring rain. I accepted the mistake but my girlfriend just contacted me that she wanted to try to handle the issue on her own and not up set me. When she opened the soaked box the rose box was pristine but when she opened it it was EMPTY!!! YES EMPTY. I guess that's why she received it so soon. I'm going to contact t he better business bureau and stop my payment for these. When my girlfriend tried to resolve this with out me they could and would not do anything without the order number. Please do not do business with them ever !!

It should be zero stars, but that’s not available. I ordered my flowers Friday Dec 15, 2023 and paid the overnight fee, but the flowers got delivered Tuesday Dec 19th. When I called customer service I got no help from them. I wish I had read all of the reviews from previous customers. I don’t recommend them: customer service was terrible and there was late delivery.

It should be zero star, but it's not available. I ordered for overnight delivery on June 20, 2023 at approximately 3:24am for delivery on June 21, 2023. I paid extra for overnight delivery, which was available on the order status website. My friend never received it on her birthday of June 21st. FedEx notified me of delayed delivery for the following day - June 22nd. I called Glam Fleur on June 21st late afternoon and was told the delay is on FedEx end. It was still not delivered on June 22nd. I received notice from FedEx on June 22nd that it was delayed for delivery on June 23rd. Again, no delivery on June 23rd. I emailed Glam Fleur on June 22nd at 2:36pm. I called Glam Fleur again on June 23rd to just cancel the order since my friend's birthday had passed - the surprise was no longer there and this incident ruined my surprise and gift giving to my friend. I asked for a refund when I called Glam Fleur on June 23rd. I kept waiting for the refund to be made on my credit card - NONE. I called Glam Fleur on July 7th (2 weeks after I asked for a refund). The lady said she needs to escalate this to Alex (?). My inquiry was that it had been 2 weeks and I still have not been issued a refund. Today is July 9th - still no refund on my account. I will call Glam Fleur again tomorrow - July 10th. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! What a fiasco and a waste of time it has been following up and making phone calls to follow up on delivery, request for a refund, and inquire about my refund. I should have just ordered flowers for my friend from a local florist - for her birthday on June 21st. The worst is the fact that they are not taking accountability for the inconvenience and let down this caused... it ruined the gift giving sentiment. AND, THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY. It does not matter if the problem was with the FedEx delivery... that is the delivery vendor Glam Fleur chose to do their business with. I ordered from Glam Fleur, therefore Glam Fleur is responsible for the product ordered and for the product to be delivered. Glam Fleur has been unreliable. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN... 1) Delivery was not on time - it was never delivered. 2) I communicated with Glam Fleur via several phone calls and email. 3) Glam Fleur was not quick to reply... only communication was when I made the phone calls. 4) It has been over 2 weeks since I requested for a refund because the flowers were never delivered. I have not received a refund and it's has been 16 days.

HORRIFIC. I spent $650 on Mothers Day flowers. One bunch ($195) arrived 5 days late (after I paid for expedited shipping). Other bunch ($444) was confirmed via email to be sent to a revised address and never arrived. As of today it is a month late. After about 5 calls to the company I was told that the deliver would never be sent to the rightful address and the money would never be refunded. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This is my worst shopping experience ever. My original order was created on 11/16/2022, I still have not received the correct item. (12/23/2022) First, they sent me a wrong item, so I requested a replacement. To get the return label, I had to send them emails 3 times, and it took 10 days. After my return had delivered, they did not take any action. I had to email them again to request my replacement. It took 5 days. Even though they answered nicely, “ immediately, right away” but it took 6 days. They didn’t give me a tracking number, only gave me a delivery date. But it has not delivered. Too much stress, waste of time and energy. I will never shop here again.

I received my flowers for Valentine Day. They still smell and look like the day I got them. I love having them on my counter so I can see them everyday. Well worth the price to have flowers everyday.

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers from Glam Fleur. They flowers came but the note was not to show who they came from. Because of this my husbands parents kept them in the garage and didn’t bring them in the house. Contacted customer service and they replied no note was attached to the order. However we are in Bali right now and attached a note so we could super my husbands mom since we could not be home for Mother’s Day. So they basically blamed us in the email. Horrible customer service won’t be ordering again.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. The most corrupted business. Ordered a large bouquet worth over $400! Received squashed, flattened, discoloured roses. Emailed the company for a refund or replacement. They would only offer a 50% refund and would not take responsibility for the damaged goods. Still chasing refund and receive no response to emails.

If you use Glam Fleur, you aren't buying flowers. You are buying expense, disappointment, aggravation, and a terrible customer service experience. The consistent bad reviews are not a coincidence. I ordered an arrangement as a birthday gift for my mom. Glam Fleur sent the wrong flowers, which looked nothing like the photo. I opened a claim and they admitted they sent the wrong flowers, which they knew were wrong before sending, but refused to provide a refund. They demanded flowers be sent back before considering a refund, which I was unable to do since the items were a gift. The customer service representatives were rude, unresponsive, and unhelpful. To make matters worse, Glam Fleur consistently told me that they could not offer a refund because "it would not be fair to all customers." Well, two weeks after I first opened my claim and only after I posted my honest review the CEO, Russell, called me to tell me they would be able to offer me a full refund after all ONLY IF I first changed my review (apparently being fair to other customers was no longer a concern). I'd rather spare other customers the expense, headache, and aggravation, so I declined and have left my honest and truthful experience here. I think that is what is most fair to other customers.

They demanded flowers be sent back before considering a refund, which I was unable to do since the items were a gift. The customer service representatives were rude, unresponsive, and unhelpful. This entire process was an expensive aggravation and I strongly caution others to avoid this business. What a shame and debacle for what was supposed to be a birthday gift.

Flowers were not delivered at all! And Glam Fleur is still messing around about it, pretending to send me an Uber "delivery receipt," which is not a receipt of anything at all. I will be disputing this with my credit card company shortly. Beware of this SCAM.

Do not purchase flowers from this company ! Had the worst experience and had the worst customer service . They delivered my flowers two days before the promise date of valentines 2022. I reached out and spoke with Jhoselle and promised me i will receive my flowers for my wife on valentines day. And it was the scheduled date i selected on my invoice. They also blamed Fed ex for delivering it early instead of them prepping early and getting it out on Thursday they want to blame the shipping company. My daughter also had school on that Monday and they knew it was a middle school know school gets out by 3pm they delivered the flowers at 3:57pm and lied to me and said it was delivered at 2pm. I had to leave work early to buy my wife new flowers for valentines day and i had to go to my daughters school and found a maintenance guy who was leaving for the day, but i asked him if he can open the front to see if my daughters flowers were delivered. Thank god that gentleman was able to get them for me so at lease i didn't have to buy another set for my daughter. I hate to say it i do not do the reviews but this is one for everyone to be cautious on. If they would return my money no problem and understand this was there fault and understand that customer service goes along ways , i would have never wrote a review. I would not recommend this place to anyone . Horrible experience and for them to not take care of a customer knowing this was not okay its just not right you don't do this to customers. So please go elsewhere you will be happier i promise.

What I received for Valentines Day is NOTHING like what is shown on the website. My pictures show the real story. I sent these same pictures to the support website (info.glamfleur.com) and waiting a response. Just hope they don't blame temperature abuse during shipping. This would be a disappointing cop-out since this is their business, let's see how they "support" their customer!!

The flowers are pretty but they advertise that you can “choose” the delivery date and include a calendar on your order where you “pick” a delivery date but the date you choose has nothing to do with when they are delivered. I ordered on Jan 29 to be delivered Feb 11 and they were shipped and delivered immediately, 10 days early. When I called to complain, they blamed FedEx, but then admitted that for busy holidays, they have no control over when the flowers are actually delivered. I ordered three bouquets, almost 500$ of flower and all three were delivered immediately. They refunded me 12$ per order, basically 10% per order, probably less than the cost of shipping. For a Valentines Day gift, I definitely wish I had gone somewhere else. If you care at all when your flowers are delivered, do not order.
