The flowers are pretty but they advertise that you can “choose” the delivery date and include a calendar on your order where you “pick” a delivery date but the date you choose has nothing to do with when they are delivered. I ordered on Jan 29 to be delivered Feb 11 and they were shipped and delivered immediately, 10 days early. When I called to complain, they blamed FedEx, but then admitted that for busy holidays, they have no control over when the flowers are actually delivered. I ordered three bouquets, almost 500$ of flower and all three were delivered immediately. They refunded me 12$ per order, basically 10% per order, probably less than the cost of shipping. For a Valentines Day gift, I definitely wish I had gone somewhere else. If you care at all when your flowers are delivered, do not order.

I received different color flowers then what I was ordered. 10 + days later someone got back to me to make it right. That was to long as they were a gift. They said they sent the closest color they had. I am disappointed. They could have easily called or emailed prior. They did offer and exchange or 20% off. Since the time had been so long and they were a gift given almost 2 weeks prior I took the only option 20%. I'd think twice before ordering from them again as should others. The flowers I did receive did look nice.

I have received two unsatisfactory glam fleur arrangements. In both cases the shipping box was totally undamaged but the flowers inside were damaged. Petals are all over the box and at least 2 of the flowers were totally separate from the stems. We took photos and incorrectly presumed that glam fleur would replace. No way. Glam fleur wants me to pack up everything in original packaging and then they want me to try to get FedEx to replace!! The undamaged flowers are great, but this is a smug company that does not care about ensuring their customers are satisfied.

Not impressed, the flowers were delivered just 4 days ago and the flowers are splitting apart and are starting to look bad. No way they will last 365 days!

Flowers are so small, I sent a note with specifications about delivery because LAs Vegas is Hot, the UPS didn’t send a text, and worst they didn’t ring the door bell just deliver the flowers in the door, of course 3 hours later with notice that the flowers were at my door. Terrible :( Also de color of my flowers is different darker and I hate darker flowers. Very disappointed.

Flowers came broken and flipped over sideways in box. Sent pics to customer service to be told I can get 20% off or be inconvenienced to repack and take to the UPS store (mind you I have none nearby) we took the 20% but canceled the thought of ordering for our 40 managers as gifts. This order was to see if we liked the product, which they seemed to be very nice, but they tell you in the Instructions not to handle or they won’t last, not sure how long these will last after bouncing all o er a delivery box.

Not like pictures. Looks completely fake. Wasted almost $300. Would never purchase again and advise everyone else not to waste their money

I asked for my flowers to be delivered Friday.. The day I ordered, I received a call from you guys asking me what day to deliver the flowers, I stated again "May 7th!" I they came to my house the morning of the 4th of May in a beat up box. All in all, customer service is a joke. And handling of my package looked like it was challenging so.. Last time I order here DEFINITELY. You get 2 stars from me. Best I can do with the cards you dealt me

The roses really beat up. Last years purchase was of higher quality. If you decide to get a gift for your partner here it might or might not have the effect you’re hoping for.

I’m totally disappointed because the recipient received them a couple days early and she wasn’t home. Then, I’m not sure they’ll last a year like I understood. I’ll be going to check these flowers out, as I paid way tooooo much if they don’t last. The recipient has received flowers that lasted her 16 months, but she said these don’t appear to be those year type flowers.

My roses arrived with small tears in many of the petals and did not look real because of this. I emailed back and and explained the appearance when the roses arrived and did not even get a response. That was disappointing. I really thought I would love these when I bought them. K Short

I am disappointed in the color and the fragrance, and when I contacted your company you basically told me it’s too bad, I just paid almost $100 for some faded pink roses that smell like perfume. The arrangement is weak as well, hard to see the roses when they point straight to the ceiling unlike live roses.

Hi Bobbie, Thank you for your feedback! We're very sorry to hear about the damage. Our resolution team filed the damaged claim as soon as we received your complaint. We regret that it took some time for the insurance company to resolve it despite making constant follow-ups. We stand behind our product and we take full accountability even though this damage happened while the package was in transit. We've already stepped in and issued a refund for the full amount. It should be credited back to your account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank's processing time. We've also sent you a refund notification email as your confirmation. My roses were unacceptable upon receipt. There was a little shedding AND there were a couple of holes (spots that could be seen through). Additionally, the bouquet was warped/loped sided and not symmetrical. I emailed you guys and submitted photos upon your request in your response. However, no action has been taken. A company of your caliber should have immediate resolved this issue by either issuing me a refund, overnight expressing another rose bouquet or actually sending me a larger bouquet for my inconvenience. I am very disappointed!!!!!

Hi Treva, Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that you haven't received our response. We filed a claim as soon as we got the pictures you emailed to us and we replied to you on Feb.24 with the attached screenshot taken from the insurance' claim page. We take full accountability even if this damage was due to mishandled delivery by the courier not by us. We hope you understand that we did everything we can to make sure you'll get your replacement the soonest possible time, however, our capability of doing that is being limited to the insurance' processing timeline. Product received was good. However, delivery was 1 week late. Arranged delivery for Thursday, Feb 12 for Valentines present. Arrived on Wednesday, February 17. Not good.
