I still haven’t received the flowers because of weather and UPS can’t tell me when I will receive the package. It’s been 10 days. So I can’t review at this time.

The gift was ordered to arrive prior to Valentine's day and the flowers arrive the day after Feb 15th. It was really frustrating to not get them on time.

When I opened my Glam Fleur roses there were several petals broken and all but 1 of the roses was laying sideways in the box. The color was beautiful but I was very disappointed that the roses had been very jostled around. I had to touch them to put them back in place, I hope they will still last 365 days. I have a pic if you you would like for me to send it to you.

We already talk to your staff has photos of the pedals that were off told would send a new one plus pedals are damge please call to comfrim 978 985 5918

The flower came beautifully wrapped but that is were it ends because the flower are not in good condition. The customer service line was very responsive and di provide 2 options. 1) return flower and 2) get 15% off purchase. I did not chose to retunr because I didnt feel like going through process. They quickly gave me the discount. I overall feel that the organization seems to be run well but I wont purchase this product anymore. I will be able to bring my wife flowers everymonth for a year and they will arrive in better shape.

NOT as pictured. Box holding flowers insignia illegible/lacking ink, like the printer couldn't print, horrible looking,, box is NOT quilted looking, just plain, pink, flat thick paper. Disappointing in every way. I'll not be back for myself or gifting.

I got the $250 product. The rose flowers did not look that fresh to begin with. I will wait for 30 days to see how they perform.

My last two purchases from Glam Fleur were disappointing. Neither was delivered as ordered. After the first order I was contacted via email and offered the option to return the flowers that I had already given as a gift. In lieu of that, i accepted 15% refund. A manager was to ensure my 2nd order would be correct. They didn't. i received no offer of credit for that. disappointing to say the least.

Hi Shavona, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear about not getting your order on time. It’s very disappointing as we see this was for an event and time-sensitive. We've reviewed your order shipping history and it showed that we've created and shipped the package ahead of time to avoid possible delays. We've also reached out to UPS, according to them the delay was caused by increased volumes and loads of packages during the holidays and they're currently understaffed due to COVID. We can only hope that someone reached out to us so we could have checked other possible options and make things right for you. I am not satisfied with my order. The price is way too much for the item. The box was too much . It’s a waste of money to spend for a very glamourus box that I need to throw away. Roses are not put together the way it should be. It was small compare to the one that shows on your website.

We offer a 7 day returns policy for customers that have changed their mind or are unhappy with their purchase once it’s delivered. We've reviewed your orders and not sure which one you're referring to, however, one of your orders was the Round Metallic Vintage and Burgundy. All of our roses are scented except for the metallic ones. We regret that we're not given the chance to work things out with you prior to this review.
