“Flowers were received quickly and as described.
However the note was not included at all. Only instructions. Not even a To: or From.. Except for the shipping label, My BF had to call me and ask if I sent them!
I was very disappointed to hear this because the whole sentiment for the flowers was in my note.
I had to try to recall what I had wrote and say it over the phone...
Certainly not what I pictured the reaction would be when ordering my BF $300 roses!”

“The flowers are ok, if somewhat shorter than I expected. I do not like they way they smell. It is not even close to a rose scent. I really wanted the round box, it was not available until the day after my square box was ordered.”
“I ordered my flowers for delivery and requested an end of the month delivery, but they were shipped immediately upon placing my order. After receiving notification that they were shipped, I called and the customer service representative was quite helpful and stopped the delivery. I am hoping my order will re-ship in time for my delivery date of April 23, 2021.”
“Unfortunately my flower order was slightly disappointing. The box is beautiful; however, when we opened it we found a rose had fallen off. I was also hit by a horrible cheap perfume aroma and not a pleasant scent you usually smell from a bouquet of roses.
Again, the black round box was gorgeous even though I expected it to be a little bigger for the $199 price I paid for the arrangement.”

“They are beautiful to look at, however, they smell awful and they are very small. The pictures are taken making them appear to be bigger than they are. I’m hoping the smell goes away soon because they are prefect roses and I want to keep them on my entry table; but I had to elevate them due to their size.”
“I love them overall. But they were a little dried out upon arrival which I just attributed to the cold in hopes that they would plump and look more rejuvenated once they warmed up but they are looking even more dry after only a week. Not sure they will last the year...they were pretty. The smell was amazing upon opening but went away after a few days.”

1. The packaging was amazing..
2. The flowers were ok -- not as fresh looking as I would have hoped...
BUT -- to see that they need to be kept at a specific temperature range - and humidity range.
BUT - we live in Phoenix! Neither temperature or humidity range is possible here -- and frankly had I known that - I would not have ordered in the first place!
So - how long will they last? I don't know.. Will I be told "well you knew about those requirements!? I don't know.”
“Roses were broken and fell apart when opened. I immediately contacted Glam Fleur. I was instructed to email them with photos, mail back the destroyed flowers nd they will send a new arrangement.”

Upon receipt dead pedals that were shriveled in the bottom and the edges of majority of the roses look wilted already.
The color is pretty and the box it was sent in was of awesome quality.
I understand the process is expensive but for $130 for 9 roses, I expected the roses themselves to be a bit more fresh looking upon arrival.
These look like 1 week old roses that were then preserved.”
