“I knew that the flowers would come in a "permanent" box. That was okay because I measured the vase that the box was going to be inserted into. Unfortunately, the box was larger than the dimensions listed on the website. I ended up dismantling the box from the foam and moved the foam into the vase. I added some moss and artificial baby's breath and the arrangement now looks terrific! My recommendation to Glam Fleur is: If the company is interested in repeat business, it should not have that permanent box. It looks fake on a tabletop or counter. The flowers themselves look nice, so the company should figure out a way for them to be placed into a regular vase or have an attractive vase option instead of the box.”
“The flowers arrived beautifully boxed. However, the flowers itself look a little worn and the color is not as vibrant as I had hoped. The color is also not consistent from one flower to the next. Although these are real roses they definitely don't look fresh.”
“I Purchased the largest, most expensive round container. Although they smell wonderful and look real and untreated I was disappointed how SMALL it was! The pics make the bouquet seem very large and in fact it’s quite small. I wish I had saved my Money.”
“Very nice packaging but the Roses arrived damaged; one was rolling around loose in the packaging. Beautiful product but very disappointing for my MIL whose birthday these were a gift for. I expected gasps of joy when she opened the gift; not what I got though. 2020 is predictable I should have known better!”
“As soon as I recognized that I failed to add the gift card I emailed customer (within minutes). They acknowledged my email and said it would be included. My friend received the flowers with no card included and didn’t know who sent them. Very disappointed”
