“My roses were unacceptable upon receipt. There was a little shedding AND there were a couple of holes (spots that could be seen through). Additionally, the bouquet was warped/loped sided and not symmetrical.
I emailed you guys and submitted photos upon your request in your response. However, no action has been taken. A company of your caliber should have immediate resolved this issue by either issuing me a refund, overnight expressing another rose bouquet or actually sending me a larger bouquet for my inconvenience. I am very disappointed!!!!!”

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that you haven't received our response. We filed a claim as soon as we got the pictures you emailed to us and we replied to you on Feb.24 with the attached screenshot taken from the insurance' claim page.
We take full accountability even if this damage was due to mishandled delivery by the courier not by us. We hope you understand that we did everything we can to make sure you'll get your replacement the soonest possible time, however, our capability of doing that is being limited to the insurance' processing timeline.

“Absolutely stunning! I have sent two different arrangements out and both people just raved about them! The presentation was off the charts! The only suggestion I would like to make is custom choosing the color arrangements. I would order a lot more if I could do that. Also, a larger option would be great too! “If you use Glam Fleur, you aren't buying flowers. You are buying expense, disappointment, aggravation, and a terrible customer service experience. The consistent bad reviews are not a coincidence. I ordered an arrangement as a birthday gift for my mom. Glam Fleur sent the wrong flowers, which looked nothing like the photo. I opened a claim and they admitted they sent the wrong flowers, which they knew were wrong before sending, but refused to provide a refund. They demanded flowers be sent back before considering a refund, which I was unable to do since the items were a gift. The customer service representatives were rude, unresponsive, and unhelpful. To make matters worse, Glam Fleur consistently told me that they could not offer a refund because "it would not be fair to all customers." Well, two weeks after I first opened my claim and only after I posted my honest review the CEO, Russell, called me to tell me they would be able to offer me a full refund after all ONLY IF I first changed my review (apparently being fair to other customers was no longer a concern). I'd rather spare other customers the expense, headache, and aggravation, so I declined and have left my honest and truthful experience here. I think that is what is most fair to other customers.”

“The flowers smell fantastic, and look beautiful. I paid extra for quick shipping and while it didn’t get here as soon as anticipated, it still arrived just in time. One issue I have is that the box smushed the top of the roses a bit. If the box was just a few centimeters taller, then I think that wouldn’t have been a problem.
Otherwise, I love them!”
