“Very nice color and fragrance my issue is very disappointed with the delivery, the box was thrown to the front door which made the pedals distorted and delivery date. I requested 02/13/2021 purposely as I would be there to receive the beautiful flowers, prepare the 31st Anniversary Gift and with the early arrival that was ruined as the wife picked up the mishandled box at the door and put it on my desk. Surprise was ruined, handling of the package by carrier (out of your control but detracted from the quality of the display)
Just very disappointed with the cost and such a simple task of delivering as requested when you offer a date selection on the order.”
“The rose flower arrangement was beautiful! The scent was very nice as well. I wish they would have had bigger roses though, that would have made the bouquet perfect. Also not adding that shiny artificial spray on them. Not to my liking. Other than that, they were very beautiful and so nicely packaged.”
“Flowers are amazing and I would totally order again. The HUGE problem is that the flowers were delivered four days earlier than the date I ordered them. This very expensive box of flowers was left behind the door without a signature. No one was home for three days.”

My first order was a bit disappointing because the petals from one of the flowers were in pieces and the flower had fallen out of the box. I sent a chat that no one responded to. But I also ordered a petite bouquet for a friend. She LOVED it. So I will try using Glam Fleur again and hope the next order is as much a huge hit as the last.”

So I reached out there. Received an email back asking my issue as if I didn’t already send my initial email 2 times.”

... she said that the included instructions were helpful. She has "never seen anything like it". The smell was "different than a regular rose, but still pleasant". Several petals did fall off, "maybe from the delivery man". "It says I need to keep it out of sunlight, do we know why?"

“Placing and receiving my order from Glam Fleur was great. The roses are unique, very pretty, and have a unique but pleasant smell. I have only had them about 2 weeks, but I expect that they will last as claimed. My reason for 4 stars is that the roses were much smaller than I expected.”
