“Dear Tina, Neil and the GFL team,My order arrived just now and its absolutely PERFECT! Thank you so much for your very kind attention and for the speed you made and sent my new spectacles. I CAN SEE at last! (and I don't think you really know how grateful I am for that). When I can afford it, I shall send you one of my many new frames I've recently purchased from you to have a pair of prescription computer lenses fitted. See, I've spent so much lately on new frames and lenses using a corrupt Vision Express prescription which has taken nearly 4 months, 3 failed attempts plus a chipped left lens, a lot of patience and discomfort to finally prove totally inaccurate within the last week, thanks to a private local optician's second opinion which involved a lot of extra expense andobviously, funds are a little low right now. My poor eyes and brain have been so utterly confused, they now need time to settle down with the new pair of varifocals he's prescribed for me and I'm at last at peace. In all my 20 years of wearing varifocals I've never experienced so many problems before with my vision and even wondered if my sanity was questionable. Anyway, all's sorted now so as I say, when I've saved up enough spare pennies out of my small monthly pension, I'll be in touch for a set of much needed computer glasses. Once again, thank you all for your help which has been greatly valued.Kind regards”

“Went to my usual high street opticians who advised me that I needed new glasses as my frame was 2 years old and therefore couldn't have replacement lenses (£411). I saw the advert for GF&L and was delighted to get new lenses for approx 1/4 of the price quoted . would definitely recommend to others. Great service!”

“Thank you for a fantastic professional and friendly service. Your Christian Lacroix frames were so funky and different, and were exactly what I was looking for! Great value for money, and so I decided on a 2nd pair that are also very me! Special thanks to your 'Mrs C' for her lovely short bread biscuit, a very nice treat. I have never had biscuits and coffee before whilst purchasing my glasses - what a wonderful treat. I will definitely recommend you and will be back when I want more glasses.”

“Glasses Frames and Lenses Ltd are a brilliant company. They're the only online glasses and re-glazing service I would ever use. I posted my frames late Tues morning, received a 'received' email early Weds morning, a 'dispatched' email Weds afternoon, and the glasses arrived Thurs morning! Where else can you get service like that! Plus their work is always to a very high standard. NB: I'm a repeat customer.”

“MY first order with Glassesframesandlenses was in November 2011. I was rather apprehensive about ordering varifocals on line. However, after talking with Tina at GF&L she quickly gave me the confidence to order. I am so glad I did, the glasses arrived and were perfect and £300 cheaper than a colleague of mine who had EXACTLY the same glasses and lens only the prescription being different ! I am now going back for my next pair and I have received excellent service and co-operation from Tina once again and Amanda. They are extremely efficient and make you feel like a valued customer and an old friend. Can't wait to get my new glasses. “I had a question about the glasses I wanted to order, and the team were able to answer my question over the telephone promptly and politely. I ordered them on the internet once I\'d got my prescription done. The glasses are great and it wasn\'t to tricky to get them adjusted around the ears. Thank you very much!”
