“So I have been looking around for almost a year now for some glasses I couldn??t find any I was happy with. 2 weeks ago I found some in a high street store for ?180 that I fell in love with. I looked online and found Glasses frames and lens who had the frames AND good quality lens for ?95! I e-mailed for advice on my prescription and received an answer back within the hour. The website was quite easy to use I had no problems with it! I ordered them and within 6 working days they arrived! I can??t say how pleased I am. The lenses are an amazing quality! And I notice a massive difference with the anti-reflective coating! I don??t always get this as it usually adds to the price but it??s such a bonus it comes on them!The service in general was fabulous”

“I am full of praise for this company. A couple of years ago, I bought some varifocals that I found difficult to acclimatise to, despite having had varifocals before. They had another pair made, and I found these the same. They then had a third pair made, using lenses from a different manufacturer, and these were much better. This year, I had another pair made, together with a pair of reading glasses. These arrived very quickly, and I am very happy with them. The hinge on the reading glasses was damaged, and they have just replaced it free of charge, within a few days. They have given me a fast, efficient and friendly service at a very competitive price, and I shall certainly use them again.”

“Received my two pairs of superb designer reading glasses this morning - chose them from a selection at the showroom yesterday. Needless to say the service is excellent. Delighted with the look and vision in both pairs, wearing the pink Booth & Bruce ones! The price for two pairs was astonishingly reasonable, I would have paid much more elsewhere. Highly, highly recommended.”

“What excellent service! Ordered at the weekend and reached me on the Thursday - and that was with extras like transitions. I had to order a replacement frame too and Amanda was so quick to ensure the order was amended. Communications by telephone and email are trouble-free (unlike another company I have used online recently who make up stories and take 5 weeks to send things out!)Price is highly competitive too - I couldn\'t get the same quality of lenses and Podium frames at this price anywhere else. Even the glasses case looks FAB.”

“I have been using Glasses Frames and Lenses for many years now as I have a huge prescription and they have never failed me, the glasses are delivered within their specified timeframe, the customer service is first class and above all the glasses are as good a quality as any you can get on the high street (sometimes I would even say better quality!)Due to my prescription I have the super thin lenses and I always pay the extra ?10 for the special coating and in my experience this does preserve the glasses from scratches etc far longer than the standard coating so I would definitely recommend this, When my next pair of glasses is due, I will be coming here once again, you have a customer in me for life, that\'s for sure!”

“I ordered some safety glasses and received excellent service. The staff were all very knowledgeable and provided a quick service. My glasses arrived within 8 days and were considerably cheaper than the high street. Have now ordered some everyday glasses.”
