“dear neil.tina and the gfl teamyou were grt with getting my glassess sorted and returned to me vry quickly even though i had made a mistake when ordering them you got them back to me the same week that i sent them to you more quickly then spec savers where i had to wait for over a week for the glasses”

“Dear Tina, Neil and the GFL team,My order arrived just now and it\\\'s absolutely PERFECT! Thank you so much for your very kind attention and for the speed you made and sent my new spectacles. I CAN SEE at last! (and I don\\\'t think you really know how grateful I am for that). When I can afford it, I shall send you one of my many new frames I\\\'ve recently purchased from you to have a pair of prescription computer lenses fitted. See, I\\\'ve spent so much lately on new frames and lenses using a corrupt Vision Express prescription which has taken nearly 4 months, 3 failed attempts plus a chipped left lens, a lot of patience and discomfort to finally prove totally inaccurate within the last week, thanks to a private local optician\\\'s second opinion which involved a lot of extra expense andobviously, funds are a little low right now. My poor eyes and brain have been so utterly confused, they now need time to settle down with the new pair of varifocals he\\\'s prescribed for me and I\\\'m at last at peace. In all my 20 years of wearing varifocals I\\\'ve never experienced so many problems before with my vision and even wondered if my sanity was questionable. Anyway, all\\\'s sorted now so as I say, when I\\\'ve saved up enough spare pennies out of my small monthly pension, I\\\'ll be in touch for a set of much needed computer glasses. Once again, thank you all for your help which has been greatly valued.Kind regards”

“Went to my usual high street opticians who advised me that I needed new glasses as my frame was 2 years old and therefore couldn\'t have replacement lenses (?411). I saw the advert for GF&L and was delighted to get new lenses for approx 1/4 of the price quoted . would definitely recommend to others. Great service!”

“I obtained a quote for my new prescription from the opticians where I had my sight test. It was eyewateringly expensive. I had previously called in at your premises to view the selection of frames you had and to get a quote for lenses. The quote was for a much more reasonable price, so I made an appointment to come to choose a frame. I was just a little disappointed with the choice of frames you had, but you explained that you were about to restock I did find frames I was happy with. The bill for my glasses and two pairs for my husband as well was only a little dearer than the optician in town wanted just for my glasses. When they were ready, you fitted them quickly and efficiently. For the first time ever I have not had to return for adjustments. In addition, I am extremely pleased with the 'stay clean' coating which cost only an extra £10. Previously I cleaned my glasses at least once a day. Now I go days without feeling the need to clean them. All in all I can and have recommended you unreservedly to others.”

Dear Mrs Nicholl, thank you very much for taking the time to leave feedback at this very busy time of year, it is appreciated. I am pleased you are seeing the benefits of the super hydrophobic coating; I have it on all my glasses and it really is well worth the money. Our new showroom will be open at the end of January and we shall then stock many frames in each of our new collections: Ted Baker, Anna Sui, Lulu Guinness, Hackett, Converse Pepe Jeans and many more so next time you visit, hopefully you will be spoilt for choice!
