“Did a bit of research before jumping in. Saw a pair of Ted Baker glasses that I loved at Brent Cross Shopping Mall in North London. Pleased to say I was able to buy them with varifocal lenses for half the price...and I love them...thanks for your help...much appreciated.”

“First time I have ever ordered varifocals online and I was somewhat nervous about it but my new frames were returned very swiftly with the new lenses and they were perfect and I saved myself £100 so very happy indeed”

“The "try at home" service was excellent! I was very pleased that the person who answered the phone was also able to answer my various questions about, for example, how many pairs I could try and whether I could exchange for a different selection. The chosen pairs arrived very quickly for me to try, carefully packaged and returning them was a simple process. Having spent hours searching unsuccessfully in my own optician's premises and waiting while they ordered alternatives for me to try this was, in the end, where I found the frames I was after all along - and took them to my own optician to glaze. The perfect solution! Thanks for your help, GFL!”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. On my first visit I couldn't find anything that I liked so I ordered several pairs in from the internet, where there was loads to choose from, and then found it a hard decision . Would highly recommend the team.”

“Amanda at the other end of the phone very helpful. I need speciality lenses which she has had to order and had no problem doing so. Waiting for my new reading glasses, at the moment have had problems reading as I need high prescription lenses. I was given assistance with choosing a suitable frame.”
