“Called up at 2pm on Tuesday, gave my prescription, they equalled a competitors offer, and I had the glasses by 12pm the next day. Can’t ask for more than that”

“The courier (for reasons unknown) sent my glasses to Germany instead of Suffolk ! Douglas at GlassesNow sorted it all out and I am really impressed with the service from GlassesNow however I do have a different view on DPD but that is not a reflection on GlassesNow. Fred.”

“Great service- ordered at 3.50pm and received at 1pm the next day. They are very big on me and keep falling off but for glasses in a hurry it's a great service although the fit won't be spot on sometimes”

“The frame on my distance glasses broke and I needed a new pair urgently. Ordered the glasses online c 4pm and had them delivered (free) less than 24 hours later. Specsavers had quoted me 10 working days and Vision 'Express' at least five and wouldn't have charged me all that much less. The new glasses are exactly right and have been finished well. I usually get my glasses from online firms like Goggles4U but they take a week or so to deliver (about the same amount of time as VE or SS but for a third of the price). The website is easy to use if rather slow. If you need a pair of glasses urgently and have your prescription details on hand then I can't think of a better service to use.”

“The Oliver Peoples Afton Matte Black are really beautiful, the sizing is perfect. Concerning GlassesNow, ultra fast delivery (next day), very nice and efficient people (they took the time to call me about the optical lenses). I strongly recommend!”
