“Whilst the glasses chosen were develiverd very efficiently and on time back in Nov 17, the follow-up to a break on the frame has disappointed me. You believe it's down to accidental damage, and whilst we can argue what the cause of the break was - accidental damage or manufacturing fault after only 8 months use, you no longer stock that frame, and it's no longer made. You are also not able to offer a discount on new frame and lenses. I can't really recommend the company now. John Lee”

“The customer service from GlassesNow was outstanding, I was called when the frames I asked for had slightly changed in size. When the frames were delivered, they had the wrong prescription (my fault) your assistant couldn't have been more helpful in replacing the glasses. On the other side you delivery service is dire! I checked with my neighbour that they would be in before I chose "leave with a neighbour" I received a picture of my front door my neighbour hadn't been contacted. Same thing happened on the second pair! I paid £10 for 8.30 - 10.30am delivery, took the morning off work, the glasses were delivered after 5pm! Not sure how this delivery service works and I'd like my £10 refunded please..”

“Lost my online order. If I hadn't called to chase where my spectacles where I would still be waiting. Once order found dispatched and received within 24hrs.”

Hi James, We're really sorry you received the wrong product from us. We would hope that you'd get in touch with us first and see if we can resolve this by sending out a replacement, but I do understand you are frustrated enough that you want to write a review - this shouldn't have happened of course. Could you tell me which product you were sent, so we can get to the bottom of how this happened? I have personally dispatched the correct glasses to you today, so you should receive them tomorrow - as a gesture of goodwill, you're more than welcome to keep the frames we sent by mistake. “Glasses arrived promptly, but are of a very poor quality. One arm is very loose and I can't see them lasting very long. I am not sure the prescription is completely correct either, despite my being 100% accurate in entering the information. They'll do until my new glasses arrive from the optician, but I won't be using this company again.”

Hi Duncan, We're sorry to hear you're not happy with your frames. We have had no complaints from our prescription service before, so we take your claim very seriously. If you send your frame and lenses back to us, we're happy to replace them and check the prescription against what you entered.
