“Received the glasses next day but wrong colour frames. Query dealt with courteously. Awaiting batch re-order from Ray-Ban and delivery of item as ordered. And then visit Post Office to return wrong item. I have faith that GlassesNow will fulfill the deal.”

“I purchased a pair of porsche carrera glasses. I love them but unfortunately they do not come with a hard case and they are fragile. I called glassesnow and they explained its a manufacturer issue. Silly to sell a pricey product minus a hard case this should be spelled out during the purchase process. I am contemplating returning them for a refund”

Hi Rob Thanks for your feedback. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so please get in touch to arrange your return. The soft case supplied by Porsche is intended to be stored away discreetly when not in use. You mentioned in your call that you wanted a hard case that's the same as the P8478, but this isn't a suitable case as its too small.

“Value is good and glasses look ok, picture was deceiving for colour so more description needed and would be nicer in a matching case to the glasses colour. Took a day longer than should have to receive.”

“My glasses didn't come in the 24hrs they advertise, they came in 3days but on the plus side they admitted they were at fault and gave me a 50% discount and got them out to me the following day 1st thing in the morning. The member of their team Kim in customer service dealt with me very professionally and was very apologetic. I can't praise her high enough. She even sent me a courtesy email the following day to make sure things were good. Even though there was a problem I still wouldn't hesitate to use them again, in fact I'm thinking of getting some sunglasses from them.”

“The service was great apart from they sent the wrong size frame 47-22 instead of the 50-22 I ordered, glassesnow said they would change them at no cost to myself but I haven't got the time to send them back and wait, I just hope the prescription is right as my right eye seems to weep a little when wearing, other than that delivery and frame were excellent.”
