Absolutely filthy lenses with a grease layer over the top and uneven frames.

Glasses were supposed to arrive by 1pm on sat 16th of feb and still hadn’t arrived by the Monday. Was meant to be going away for a long weekend but had to cancel because I couldn’t drive without them. They blamed Royal Mail for the mistake when it quite clearly was there mistake as shown I. The billing information. Never took responsibility for my loss off time. Used them b4 and the same thing happened and I was doing a bike test but they got them to me before the test and knocked 50% of for the inconvenience sadly nothing happened this time they couldn’t care less. Will not be using them again.

I bought a very expensive pair of Oliver Peoples Glasses. After about 6 months I noticed that the lenses were developing a defect. I sent the glasses back to them to get new lenses under the warranty. They happily replaced the lenses but after only a few weeks I noticed that the lens defect was happening again, basically, there is a misty part to the lens appearing in the top corner. I contacted Glasses now about 4 times and never had a reply to my emails. I have worn glasses for 30 years and this has never happened to any other lenses I have, I will not be using them again as I believe their lenses are substandard.

Firstly I ordered a pair of glasses that were out of stock but not according to the website. Secondly I ordered another pair after the refund but they have ended up in Menphis USA. I don't normally write bad reviews but seeing as you asked.

I ordered glasses needing them v quickly because I accidentally broke mine. Your service seemed to be exactly what I needed. The glasses were ordered and delivered in 24hrs - impressive. Unfortunately I have a different prescription for each eye and you'd got the lenses the wrong way round. I couldn't use the glasses at all. When I called and confirmed that I'd given my prescription correctly I was told that it would take two days to return the glasses and then another day to prepare them again and get them back to me. I went to a high street optician who repaired my old glasses with new lenses the same day. I'll be getting a refund from you. A mistake is a mistake but you should've said "replacement will be with you in 24hrs". Friendly service on the phone though.

Ordered for Saturday delivery (needed for family event). All confirmation said would be delivered on Saturday but then DPD notice came through stating Monday delivery (too late). Came through after the offices had closed and no option to contact anyone. Very unhappy and have wasted money.

I ordered my glasses on Friday 7th July in time for next day delivery, it's now late Monday 10th July and my glasses have not arrived, I ordered the glasses from yourself because of the express delivery as I need them for driving. I'm still wondering when they are due to arrive, I have used the tracking number but there is no updates information since Friday other than they had been shipped.

Hello Isabel As discussed on the telephone this morning, we have contacted DPD this morning regarding your delayed parcel. It appears that DPD have has some issues with the tracking on your parcel since collecting your order from us on Friday ( which is unusual as DPD Saturday delivery are very reliable in our experience). However the parcel is due for delivery today as mentioned on the tracking information online. We hope you like your new glasses. Thank you for your patience.

Ordered specifically as needed next day glasses but they did not arrive. Phoned the following day to be told my order had been lost in the system and they had not even been made. Will be returning glasses.

Unfortunately since being informed my glasses had been shipped I've heard nothing. This is likely a problem with DPD but as a consequence I am unable to review my purchase. I am currently waiting to hear what is happening.

Ordered on Thursday for a Saturday delivery. Waited in all day and didn't receive my order. Called DPD at 2pm and was told they would be delivered around 4.30. After waiting in for the rest of the day still didn't turn up!

The glasses I ordered broke as soon as I got them out of the box, the arm fell off. They appear to be made of very cheap, weak plastic and are clearly not robust enough to withstand any kind of use at all. It's disappointing as I read reviews which claim to be otherwise but this has put me off completely.

I lost presription glasses while traveling through Europe. I thought I had solved my problem of replacing them quickly by finding this website which said it could deliver them to me in two days, to my Paris hotel before we leave for another Europe location, but then send me email the next day saying they couldn't deliver until 3 days later than that... So do not depend on the delivery date they give.

Thank you for your feedback.. Sometimes things are our of our control and we advised that there would be delay to deliver to you by 48hrs. We tried to accommodate your requests for 5AM delivery to a hotel, while this wasn't possible we would have delivered your glasses at your alternative hotel on Monday during your trip, but this was declined and you cancelled you order. We work very hard to get eye-wear to our customers who need them urgently. Sorry we couldn't work this one out for you.

Horrible quality lens. So-called branded Kodak lens are worse than a non-branded lens. Regret buying it. Not happy with my Rayban frame as well

The glasses were sent with plain glass lenses, not prescription lenses. The returns process will take at least 4 days for me to have glasses again. When I rang to see if there was a way too speed it up, the solutions offered would have all been a massive inconvenience for me ie. Leaving work in the middle of the day to send the glasses back from a post office that's 2 miles away, sending the package at my own expense, photographing the tracking number ans emailing it, then they'd send out a new pair with the correct lenses - that would still take 3 days to arrive. . . The person I spoke to said 'I can only apologise' but didn't actually say sorry or seem particularly willing to help, in fact he gave the impression that I was wasting his time and he had far more important matters to attend to.

Hi Jessica, I'm really sorry this happened. Obviously there's two failings on our part here - the fact that your frames went out without prescription, and the customer service you were offered to rectify the issue. This is not the way we usually work. Firstly, I will review our checking process to make sure frames that require prescription and go through our optical lab get checked and re-checked before getting sent out. I'm sorry we could not provide a convenient way to return your item. For speed, we find it quicker to email a label and have the customer print it, rather than post a label out. This tends to work well for most customers, but I can appreciate that if you're not near a post office, it can be inconvenient. The option to photograph the tracking number is so we don't have to wait for the package to come back to us (since we now know the item has been posted) - again it's about trying to make the process as quick as possible for customers. In the age of smart phones, this is a 30 second job which can save a day's postage time. We appreciate customer feedback and suggestions as to how we can improve this process, so please don't hesitate to get back to me. I'd like to emphasise that if you were told that you must return at your own expense, this is not true. Our returns are free - we send you out a pre-paid label via email to be printed and attached to the package. I will speak to the customer service agent who took your call and make sure he is aware this. In fact, reading the email correspondence between you and ourselves, this was made clear to you: "I have attached a free returns label which you can simply print out and return to us free of charge." Finally, I will ensure that the customer service agent you spoke to is re-trained. As you can see from our numerous other reviews from verified customers, customer service is our priority. We're only a small company with 5 people in the office, so for one of them to not be providing the level of service we aim for is a big deal for us - just as a one star review is. Wrong glasses came. No returns form with order. I have no means to print off a returns form and the company are not responding to my email.

Hi Mark, I'm really sorry this has happened, this is not a typical customer experience. We don't include a returns form with the order simple because 99% of orders never need to use it and we don't want to send you bits of paper you don't need. We already offer free returns and we have found that most customers have access to a printer to print off a form and stick it to the box to send back to us. I'm really sorry this system didn't meet your expectations - we will review our returns method and we will look to improve this process in the future. We can send you a pre-paid printed returns label in the post, though this will take a day or two to arrive. There is no excuse for us sending you the wrong frame, however, and I will discuss this with the staff that sent your sunglasses to you. We do have checks in place to make sure this doesn't happen, but obviously in this case they have failed.
