Needed the glasses urgently and saw GlassesNow could deliver next day even over the holiday season. Recieved confirmation and told my order was dispatched. Waited in all day the following day and the glasses never arrived....this was on tuesday the 30th December, by the Saturday still no glasses. Numerous emails sent but felt GlassesNow really didn't care all too much no real apology or concern and no offer of a replacement pair was just told wait till Monday and see if they arrive then...oh, and then I got sent an email from them that was addressed too another customer who Im guessing also didn't recieve their glasses. Eventually told glasses were found and would be sent but by this point it was too late, and even then there was no 'really sorry for the inconvenience etc' or 'how can we make it right' so i told them to forget it. If you get your order im sure they are great...if something goes wrong like it did with me however...well, customer service aint a strong point here be warned

Hi Mike, We're really sorry this happened - the next day shipping claim should have been removed over the holiday period. The lack of response was due to reduced staff over Christmas - we do care that you get your frames on time and we apologise completely for this. You're right - it's only great if you get your frames on time and we didn't manage it - the fact that we get it right for all our other customers doesn't mean much to you, understandably. Customer service is our strong point as our other reviews show (which we've worked very hard to achieve), but we missed the mark on your order. If you do decide to try our service again, we'd like to demonstrate how we fulfil orders successfully next day.

Not arrived now Thursday was detailed for Mon/tues delivery glad not on holiday until next week!!

Hi Nick, We take this very seriously, as yours is the first negative review we've received - we're a small business and a one star review has a real effect on our small team and bottom line. We're therefore very keen to rectify your situation. Since you ordered on a Saturday evening, Tuesday would be the day you should expect delivery (i.e. getting dispatched on Monday for next day delivery). Obviously we haven't managed this in your case, and this was down to human error on our part. Your order was marked as 'dispatched' on our system by mistake and was therefore assumed to have been sent, when in fact it hadn't been. We can't apologise enough for this error - I know how frustrating this can be. We are putting systems in place to ensure this doesn't happen again. Kim, our customer service agent, has contacted you with details of how we'd like to make this right with you. Of course, you'll be receiving your sunglasses Saturday Guaranteed next day delivery, and I will personally ensure they get dispatched today.
