“I am satisfied with the glasses but the box of glasses there is a little problem the cover logo print not very well “F” cannot see clearly because it is a new one so I am a little bit unhappy with that. Thanks”

Hi Qian, Thanks for your review. We're sorry that you seem to have been sent a defective pair of Tom Fords. As well as Tom Ford themselves, we inspect our frames before they get sent out, but it seems we missed this flaw. We will be reviewing our inspection process to try and prevent this happening again. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason at all, then we're quite happy for you to return it within 14 days, and we can either refund you, or send you out another frame at no cost to you. “Good frames arrived as stated. No anti reflective coating on the inside so I get reflections from the windows behind me which is a bit annoying. The anti reflective on the front isn't that great either!”

Hi Thanks for your order and review. I would note that all our lenses have anti reflection coatings on both front and back surfaces and are of an excellent quality (same lenses as used by quality high st opticians) However if you are unhappy for any reason we are here to help.

“Service and delivery proved excellent, they said by 1pm next day but beat that by 2 hours! Quality is good and overall i'm very pleased with the outcome. i would certainly use them again.”

“Frame was abit bigger than expected and lenses are also very thick. However customer service was the best I've experienced in any shopping experience and delivery was at great timing definitely would recommend to family and friends. Keep up the good job and thanks to the lovely woman that assisted me.”

Hi Brian, Thanks for your review - I have passed your kind words onto Kim, the customer service agent that helped you. Regarding the thick lenses; unfortunately this is due to the strength of your prescription, and would be the same wherever your glasses were made. The only thing we could do to improve this would be to use a higher index lens, though this does cost more. You had a 1.67 index lens (which is the second thinnest we can offer), but it is possible to use a 1.74 index lens which would have made your lenses slightly thinner, though they would still be perceived as quite thick.
