“Received glasses promptly (next day as advertised) and to order. Not only that, but following a problem with my prescription (eye test carried out elsewhere - no fault of glassesnow) they sent me a returns label to have my glasses corrected and were back with me 48 hours after I returned them. Staff on the phone all friendly and helpful. Exceptional service.”

“Unfortunately since being informed my glasses had been shipped I've heard nothing. This is likely a problem with DPD but as a consequence I am unable to review my purchase. I am currently waiting to hear what is happening.”

“My glasses didn't come in the 24hrs they advertise, they came in 3days but on the plus side they admitted they were at fault and gave me a 50% discount and got them out to me the following day 1st thing in the morning. The member of their team Kim in customer service dealt with me very professionally and was very apologetic. I can't praise her high enough. She even sent me a courtesy email the following day to make sure things were good. Even though there was a problem I still wouldn't hesitate to use them again, in fact I'm thinking of getting some sunglasses from them.”
