“Excellent customer service. They were quick to notice I had made a mistake with my prescription (I had put one as negative and one as positive), and quickly contacted me to ask if my prescription was correct or not. I feel that most other online glasses stores would have just processed the order. The next day delivery was amazing, I received notification of when they would arrive, which they promptly did. I'm a very satisfied customer!”

“Excellent service! I needed a new pair of frames, called and ordered them and they were delivered the next day. Packaged beautifully! I had looked around at a lot of other websites and was nervous about ordering glasses online, but this website is 100% legit and has excellent customer service (called the number and spoke to confirm they had what I wanted in stock).”
