“Just finished ITIL Foundations in a virtual class. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and personable. The virtual class software was impressive and worked flawlessly, the GK web pages and communications likewise. I don't know what my employer paid so can't really comment on value, but from my standpoint I am very impressed.”

“The virtual labs provided in the training make an immense difference when trying to learn//introduce Microsoft Server and OS Products. It helped me focus on how to use the programs (which was more relevant to my job) and less on software and hardware management (setting up an equivalent system to learn from home).”

“Had a great interactive learning experience with instructor Michael Head and the group. Michael is a proficient instructor. The course content is thorough, and I gained lots of great information and became aware of new tools to test out. I feel more confident to take the cert exam after the training. ”
