“Everything is great...BUT you cannot review the labs after the course ends. Great slides, instructors, labs, materials, examples. Less than one star of the fact that cannot access labs after last day of class”

“Just finished ITIL Foundations in a virtual class. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and personable. The virtual class software was impressive and worked flawlessly, the GK web pages and communications likewise. I don't know what my employer paid so can't really comment on value, but from my standpoint I am very impressed.”

“The virtual labs provided in the training make an immense difference when trying to learn//introduce Microsoft Server and OS Products. It helped me focus on how to use the programs (which was more relevant to my job) and less on software and hardware management (setting up an equivalent system to learn from home).”
