“Trip to the Chamonix was perfect and our driver was friendly, engaging and very helpful. The driver on the way back to Geneva the following Saturday was prompt and polite but not engaging (perhaps due to limited English skills). Overall price >$600 round trip plus tip seemed excessive.”

“I have used Go Alpes now for 3 years and every time has been fantastic. The communication throughout is brilliant and quick, this year I wanted to move my pick up and drop off forward by a day, I sent the message at 4am and received a response within 10 mins and details were confirmed within 60 mins! Brilliant. The pick up this year was perfect, a picture was sent by IIona of where she was waiting and within 10 mins of leaving arrivals at Geneva we were on the road. THe transfer includes water which is always useful and when we needed a break after 90 mins, nothing was a problem, we stopped at the earliest stop and were back on our way! I have used other transfer companies over the last 40 years, but will definitely now stay with Go Alpes”

“We booked Go Alpes for our transfers to and from the resort. Our outgoing transer arrived 10 minutes late. When he arrived he informed us that given it was a Saturday the transfer would most likely be delayed due to traffic congestion. As a result we missed our train out of Geneva and had to pay for new train tickets. The train tickets were extremely expensive. I would have liked Go Alpes to inform me when we booked that we would need to add in an extra hour for our transfer. Go Alpes did not seem to make any consideration to Saturday traffic.”

“My first transfer was one hour late of the pick up time, and i had to wait. Still, when i asked to delay my second transfer, my request was denied, and because of that 04 passengers, previously booked, could not come with me.”

“Negative- being charged extra €30 for being late for the pick up. Our plane was slightly delayed but the longest delay was passport control, 1 hour 15 minutes. Why does your company not take into consideration the delay through passport control? I thought we would have 90 minutes from the agreed pick up time but apparently it is the flight arrival time. Whoever gets off a plane, passport control and pick up luggage that quick! We had 2 young children with us as well. Positive- both drivers drove safely and the return driver was punctual.”

“The service from Go Alps as every was fantastic, beautiful vehicle, nice cold water bottles handed to all the passengers. Very comfortable and on time. Izabela our driver was very helpful loading the van and is a delightful person. Her driving made everyone feel safe and she got us there on time. Her comm's via Whatsapp on the day of pick-up was comforting and welcome. She is a star . I have booked Go Alpes again in in two weeks and would recommend them to anyone”
