“Very depressing. One item I purchased one month back has not been received till today. I was promised that the order will be cancelled, has not been done till today. Why do you display such things which you can not deliver.”

“The service was good, nice packing, good delivery habit. But I am not sure the product is original Gopalpur tussar. It crumples like anything and has a voil feel about it, especially the pallu part.”

“Fabrics are thinner than I expected and the colour also different. It was shame that I couldn't even return the products... Not happy experience. I had a very good experience getting Odisha saree before so I was convicted that the fabrics are good too but now I don't think I will try to buy it as I don't want to have the same experience again.”
