“Saree is beautiful but not handloom,but powerloom,not silk and cotton,but polyester and cotton. This quality sarees are available from the range of 500 to 900. Very disappointed with the purchase.”

“The fabric was totally different in colour from what was visible on the website. What I saw and ordered was orange yellow tones and what I received was pink purple tones. How can there be such a difference? Disappointed. Image 7643 I ordered Image 7644 I received”

“Both saris are good, but website says blouse piece is available but actually both Bengal handloom cotton saris do not have blouse pieces. So, next time be careful about mentioning this information.”

“I loved shopping with gocoop. Delivery was fast and good. One of the saree was very old stock and damaged so i requested for return and they agreed. I was asked to send it back and i did . Problem started ….no good customer care ….no response on what happened to my item….no response on whether they received or not and ti what happened to my refund….bad experience….”

“Very very bad shopping experience, will never purchase anything from this website. I ordered one saree worth rs but I did not liked the color so I requested for return but they did not accepted my request somehow I thought ok I will go for exchange but that too is not happening I am regularly mailing since last week but no body is coming for pick up. Very poor service. Very Very disappointed.”
