“The customer service is great, the web page is quick and easy to navigate, can use a little bit of improvement. Live chat was good when it worked. The prices are high, I felt they are catering to NRI customers rather than domestic customers.”

“Very good material. But the colors may be somewhat different when you receive the orders I had ordered two saris - a black check with an orange border (GCFAFOCOSA017)and a red check with a black border (GCFAFOCOSA048). The orange border was so dull and pale compared to the bright orange in the pic. The Red & black sari i received was infact maroon & brown !! Exchanged with another sari of the same price, the exchange was hassle-free. The black & green received was more or less the same shade as in the pic. Very comfortable and soft cotton material saris.”

“Unfortunately, my current experience with GoCoop has been miserable. I have purchased 5 sarees in the past and this time it was overall very disappointing. The saree I purchased was nothing like the pictures on the website. The website description and picture says the background colour of the saree is beige whereas the colour is dusty gold. And the borders as per the website description says is cyan whereas upon receiving the saree the border colour is clearly dark green. Besides, the tassels on your website shows beige and teal. The saree I received has simply plain dark green tassels. This is not a saree I wish to have, as I clearly ordered basis the description and photo of the saree I saw on your website. I saw the saree on multiple devices and the colours and even the product is different from the actual product I received. Hence, I wished to initiate a return and refund. I wrote multiple mails and also through the contact form on the site and received no reply. Finally I revived a reply that a pick up has been arranged with no date for pick up given and the pick up came on a day when we were not around so we cancelled it. I am totally unhappy with both the product and the service but I am not returning the product since I am not even sure you will refund me the money easily. There will again be no response from your team, and finally I won't even have the sari and not even get the money. I have not much faith in your systems and processes. Very disappointing.”

“I dint receive the product because of not receiving the otp n I was told tht it will be shipped again with the new number and I’ll be informed through WhatsApp but no response so far on nything! If this is how you are treating nri customers as we don’t have proper reach, Ull definitely miss opportunities!”

“The first order placement, delivery as well as exchange, thanks to Mr. Paramanik, was excellent. However, for the second order that i placed on the 1st of August, I was informed on the 3rd that the item is not available; i informed them that a refund or voucher would be fine; it's been more than a week but Gocoop is yet to respond.”

“I was pleasantly surprised to find a website that caters to handloom lovers like me. The bedcover that I bought is worth every rupee spent, it is beautiful and looks better than what it did in the photos. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cost, it did not burn a hole in my pocket. The fact that you are promoting India's artisans and handicrafts is amazing, especially in an era where we run after international brands. Hope to buy more stuff from your site.”
