“Stephanie Gould (Steph) our end of life consultant for our Furbaby - Linda (19 years old, Pomeranian X Beagle) was very patient, expathetic and explained the whole process to us when we made the decision to euthanise our dog at home. It was such an overwhelming process, that was made easier by Steph. Steph demonstrated such warmth, empathy and sympathy for us during this difficult time making this difficult process seamless in that their service managed everything. All we had to focus on was our final moments with our beloved Linda. When the day came, Dr Jaime explained everything and made sure we were ready before he euthanised Linda. Linda was in no pain and died peacefully surrounded by my wife, my Mum and I. There was no rush to take Linda to be cremated and we were given enough time to spend our final moments with us. All the little touches like Steph following up with to giving us instructions on how to follow up with their in-house complimentary first pet counselling session was second to none. We felt very supported throughout this whole time. I would highly recommend this service. Even if you're furbaby is still healthy, there is a prepaid funeral service you can pay in advance in case the inevitable happens so you can focus on just being with your loved one during this difficult time. We want to send our sincerest thanks to Steph for everything!”

“My family and I are so grateful for goodbye good boy. From the first phone call and throughout the whole process I was shown nothing but support, kindness and empathy. It was so comforting our beautiful Bonnie was able to quietly go to sleep in the comfort of her home in her bed. She deserved no less. Thank you again.”

“From beginning to end, Goodbye Good Boy was amazing! So caring and thoughtful throughout the whole process. “Goodbye Good Boy......I have the highest of regard for how they responded following the news I received that my little girl Tinto was so unwell she needed to be euthanised. I knew that I wanted her in my arms as I didn't want her final moments to be with strangers. Well I could hardly get my words out, and as it turns out I didn't need to speak much. The lady I spoke to asked which pet and which vet and said to leave everything with her. Under an hour later I received an SMS asking would I prefer to receive SMS or phone calls to make the necessary arrangements. I opted for SMS. I was then offered a few different time slots for which the vet would come to have my baby put to sleep in my arms and then taken away. The vet was so thoughtful, respectful and took his time. He even had my sheltie take an interest in what was happening as she jumped up on a chair next to me and watched the entire time. In case I had not thought of something for Tinto to be wrapped in, he even brought that inside. Then following Tinto leaving my house I received a few calls to check on how we were all doing - and then finally an appointment to bring her home again. The packaging was lovely, the manner in which it was dropped to me was wonderful. Losing a beloved pet is so hard. Goodbye Good Boy was so helpful, I'm so glad when it's time to say goodbye to my other two furry friends I have prepaid for their funerals. Go ahead; you will be so relieved that you did. Highly recommended.”
