“the service and compassion from all was first class at a very sad time for us.The pick up for cremation of our greatly loved dog was done in the time frame promised and the ashes returned within a week.We thank you for the support and service that you provided. Bronwyn & Reg”

“The kindness and compassion shown by James and the team helped us tremendously with the difficult decision to farewell our beloved cat, Cleo. We were gently guided through every stage of the process and the genuine care and personalised approach we received allowed us to focus on both grieving the loss, but celebrating the time we had with Cleo. Thank you for everything.”

“It’s the best money spent. After losing our fur baby of almost 19 years, Goodbye Good Boy took care of everything. I really liked the box that we chose to put the ashes, along with the paw prints, the card and the beautiful digital portrait. Everything was done with such detail.. Thank you Goodbye Good Boy. 🐾”

“Couldn’t thank Goodbye Good Boy enough. Our girl Roxy passed away after a 10 month battle with Lymphoma. Roxy was picked up an hour after she went to sleep. Caitlin kept me updated constantly during the entire process. Roxy came home to us a week later as promised. Thank you for being very compassionate and understanding”

“Everyone we dealt with was sympathetic and kind. The package we received was lovely, and everything happened when we were told it would. I'm sure we will use them again,even though I'd rather it wasn't necessary.”

“So happy with the service I have received from goodbye good boy. They are so compassionate with what you are going through very helpful in every way. I couldn't of chosen a better place to have my baby sienna cremated... thank you for all your support and a lovely service and gorgeous box she came home in. Xx”

“I don't quite have the words to express properly how amazing the team have been; from beginning to end I felt heard and cared for and no request was too difficult or strange. The careing, loving and supportive energy I recieved is no less than above and beyond, no matter if I was making another request or they were just calling to check in and see how I was doing; there was always someone there to listen, to chat to, to share with. Fortunately for me I have a very good support system, but even with them in place, Goodbye Good Boy was still able to fill in gaps and help me get through this difficult process. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone, but especially, ESPECIALLY, to people who don't have a lot of support or aren't great at being the first to reach out. I'll definitely be using their services again, but hopefully not for a good many years yet.”

“James talked me thru everything! My 17 year old dog was picked up from home. And her ashes delivered back to me! The experience was amazing! Her beautiful box, with her name on it! And the amazing portrait done of her outstanding! The following up call from katelyn weeks After was very comforting! I would highly recommend this company! I feel at peace! My girl had the best goodbye! RIP Brandi! 🐶💞”

“Fabulous service, I called last minute and was able to arrange same day pickup for my dog. The staff were caring and considerate.. the cremation box was elegantly presented with a beautifully labeled wooden box, scented candle, paw print and satchel of ashes that I requested to put in jewellery.. I was grateful for this service because I was terrified my dog would be cremated with other animals and totally at peace when told my dog would be cremated on her own. Thank you goodbye Goodboy for helping me give my beloved pet a fabulous ending and for the gorgeous keepsakes. I adore them..”

“From the first discussion with James I was treated with comfort & respect and my dearly beloved dog Loreta was cared for in a very kind and dignified manner.
