“Goodbye Good Boy......I have the highest of regard for how they responded following the news I received that my little girl Tinto was so unwell she needed to be euthanised. I knew that I wanted her in my arms as I didn't want her final moments to be with strangers. Well I could hardly get my words out, and as it turns out I didn't need to speak much. The lady I spoke to asked which pet and which vet and said to leave everything with her. Under an hour later I received an SMS asking would I prefer to receive SMS or phone calls to make the necessary arrangements. I opted for SMS. I was then offered a few different time slots for which the vet would come to have my baby put to sleep in my arms and then taken away. The vet was so thoughtful, respectful and took his time. He even had my sheltie take an interest in what was happening as she jumped up on a chair next to me and watched the entire time. In case I had not thought of something for Tinto to be wrapped in, he even brought that inside. Then following Tinto leaving my house I received a few calls to check on how we were all doing - and then finally an appointment to bring her home again. The packaging was lovely, the manner in which it was dropped to me was wonderful. Losing a beloved pet is so hard. Goodbye Good Boy was so helpful, I'm so glad when it's time to say goodbye to my other two furry friends I have prepaid for their funerals. Go ahead; you will be so relieved that you did. Highly recommended.”

“Goodbye Goodboy were fantastic. I had organised a prepaid cremation with them which was very straightforward. When the time came for our dogs passing we decided to have him euthanised at home. Caitlin and Goodbye Goodboy responded to my query promptly and organised everything seamlessly. I am so glad we had this option during this time. I also want to acknowledge the care and detail that goes into the cremation package. Just lovely. From what I have experienced, this is a fantastic team.”

“Well, what do we say about this wonderful business. For starters , our darling boy Archie didn’t make the euthanasia but the two wonderful women we had looking after us were absolutely sensational. Millie and Kaitlyn. I’d like to thank you so much for all your support and wonderful service during such a touch time losing our gorgeous family dog Archie. You girls were absolutely wonderful and we cannot thank you enough for your overall professionalism and consideration for our family during the loss of our gorgeous boy. It means the world to us that you were so considerate and supportive during this tough time. We would recommend this business to anyone! Absolutely sensational! “The team at goodbye good boy along with the service we received couldn't of been better. They helped us through this difficult time and went above and beyond to get our boy Tyson safely back home with us. Our boy passed the evening we were due to move interstate with the removalist arriving at 6am the following morning. They had someone out to our home within the hour of his passing and took care of everything for us. We are so appreciative for their services. Thank you 😊”

“Goodbye Good Boy, in particular the angel that is Caitlin, have been a God-send during the sudden loss of our beautiful little girl. The amount of empathy and compassion Caitlin and her team has is outstanding. They even bought us pink flowers in honour of our little girl's favourite colour. Everyone is so understanding and made things happen so fast without any hassle. They gave our little girl compassion and dignity during this horrific period in all of our lives. There is no words for how grateful we all are. During an extremely stressful time, Goodbye Good Boy was simply the best. I highly recommend this company for anyone and want to give a big shout out to Caitlin and her heart of gold! Love, NP”

“Last month we lost our beautiful fur boy, Simon. He was a wonderful joy for us for nearly 14 years. Our experience with the GoodBye Good boy could not have been any better given the circumstances.
