“Goodbye Good Boy, in particular the angel that is Caitlin, have been a God-send during the sudden loss of our beautiful little girl. The amount of empathy and compassion Caitlin and her team has is outstanding. They even bought us pink flowers in honour of our little girl's favourite colour. Everyone is so understanding and made things happen so fast without any hassle. They gave our little girl compassion and dignity during this horrific period in all of our lives. There is no words for how grateful we all are. During an extremely stressful time, Goodbye Good Boy was simply the best. I highly recommend this company for anyone and want to give a big shout out to Caitlin and her heart of gold! Love, NP”

“Navigating my end of life journey for my beloved pooch Kaabookee was a heartbreaking decision but my dealings with Goodbye Good Boy made the process bearable. A very special mention to Steph who held my hand throughout this horrible event. From my first contact with Goodbye Good Boy, to my beautiful boy being returned to me, the whole team were extremely compassionate and they helped me say Goodbye in a loving environment. “Last month we lost our beautiful fur boy, Simon. He was a wonderful joy for us for nearly 14 years. Our experience with the GoodBye Good boy could not have been any better given the circumstances. Stephanie and the Team were very thoughtful of our sorrow. Simon was very comfortable and went peacefully at home. Thank you so much for making a very hard day bearable for us.”

“Caitlin and the team are absolutely brilliant, they are so caring and understanding. Nothing is too difficult for them to do. They make what is an extremely difficult time just that little more bearable. The follow up care after a few weeks has passed is brilliant.”

“What can I say about these guys! They are absolutely the best people you want to have take care of your loving Pet,the compassion and respect they showed to my family and my other family pet on the saddest day of our lives and then to follow up on numerous days by calling me to ask how we are all doing including my pet ,God Bless them all.Keep up the good work 🙏🙏🙏”

“Excellent service. From the moment I first called I was looked after and informed of the process. Having to say goodbye to our Ruby so quickly was traumatic enough, but overlay the complications of COVID lockdown made things harder. Goodbye Good Boy were able to have a vet to us within hours and he was compassionate, caring and thorough. We now have Ruby back with us beautifully presented. Thank you for everything.”

“The team at GoodbyeGoodBoy made the very difficult process of saying goodbye to my dog as streamlined and well supported as possible. “Goodbye Good Boy provided a compassionate and professional service for us when our cat needed to be euthanised during lockdown. The vet that came to our home was extremely kind and caring and it made a big difference that our old girl could stay in her home and not have the additional stress of a car trip and the vet clinic. All the arrangements, including pre and post euthanasia, were handled professionally and sensitively and I can therefore unreservedly recommend Goodbye Good Boy if you are in the unfortunate position, as we were, of having to say goodbye to a beloved companion.”

“Thank you for making the hard process of saying goodbye to our beloved max that bit easier !! Your company was amazing 🤩 Stephanie is a delight first contact and Tom the vet and the lovely man to collect max and deliver back ashes The whole process was wonderful and very professional I can’t thank you enough any request you asked was never a effort and acted on promptly The follow up calls to the beautiful box arrangement for the dog 🐕 I will be highly recommending your company and without a doubt give you 5 stars ⭐️ Thank you goodbye good boy for treating us with so much respect and treating my dog with all the care and love ❤️ I couldn’t have asked for a better way to say goodbye to my boy You made the whole journey that’s little bit easier so thanks 🙏”

“The best most empathetic, compassionate and caring group of fellow dog lovers who helped my family and I through the most difficult time in our lives having to put our two beautiful kelpies Sandy and Aimee to sleep at the same time . It was an incredibly heart wrenching and difficult time In our family putting our two much loved girls to sleep. We know they have passed over the rainbow 🌈 bridge and are at peace now. Katie and Steph were so supportive and understanding of the anguish that we went through and took care of our babies after with the most beautiful sensitive presentation of our furbabbies back to our home in a very easy stressless way it made the transition from being the owners of two beautiful old girls to being a dogless family for now! They were supportive through our greif and helped us to cope with the most excruciating loss. I Highly recommend Goodbye Goodboy to everyone they were just fabulous. Thank you for everything you all did!!!”

“I actually don't know where to start, and I don't know how I'm going to make this a short review. When we lost Sammy, we were given a lovely brochure by our vet, with options, which we prepaid and started to go ahead with, (as we were in incredible pain after our loss), BUT when we got home, I felt something wasn't right. I did some google searches myself, I rang a few places. What I will say is from the first phone call we made, after we lost our beautiful Sammy "Girls" to the continued follow-up care we have received, these people, every single one we dealt with have been INCREDIBLE, KIND, CARING, COMPASSIONATE, We never imagined that such a sad and tragic loss was just able to be made so much more bareable by these beautiful people. We cannot recommend this business highly enough. They went far and beyond any expectations we had. We have 2 more beautiful fur babies at home, (which we want to last forever). But as we dread the day , we know the day will come when we have to say goodbye. We will not even consider any one or any other option other than to return to the incredible people at Goodbye Goodboy. Thankyou all so much from the bottom of our heart's, for your sencere compassion and kindness, and helping us through the journey of saying our final Goodbye's to Sammy. All our love, Emma, John, Tahlia, Kiera and Jayden xxx”

“The team was excellent in providing a fitting farewell and tribute to my beloved cat Max. They were able to pick him up within a short timeframe and also able to return his ashes along with the beautiful memorial box and 2 plaques with my requested message (at no extra cost as my message wouldn’t fit onto 1 plaque). So happy with the service and would highly recommend”

“Our little family, John, Martin and Benjamin (our baby boy mini schnauzer) would like to thank Goodbye Good Boy for the wonderful, easy , no fuss, and prompt services they have provided to us in our darkest days during the passing of our 14 years old mini schnauzer Oliver. If anyone ever needs to say goodbye to their fur babies, we cannot recommend their services highly enough. Dr Taylah for attending our home and her compassionate and dignified care she has shown Oliver and us, the time and space you have given us to say goodbye, THANK YOU, and the beautiful and empathetic lady from FurEver After pet Cremation for bringing our 'little man' back.
