“We were so very fortunate to have Goodbye Good Boy at our side on a really difficult day. Our big girl Lucy needed to go to sleep and the care and compassion that was showed to both her and our family was so greatly appreciated. To be able to watch our precious dog go to sleep in her own bed, surrounded by her family, made an incredibly difficult time much easier to endure. She was treated with so much love by the amazing staff and was returned to us so beautifully. We really felt like she was treated with the care and respect that she deserved. We will be forever grateful to Goodbye Good Boy for their efficiency, their compassion and their professionalism. We could not recommend them highly enough. Danielle”

“The funeral director at Goodbye Good Boy in Melbourne, Michelle, provided the most respectful care to our little Jesse. Jesse passed away unexpectedly and Michelle was able to offer immeasurable support and kindness to us. She was so understanding and accommodated our every request. Michelle is an exceptionally caring person.”

“From the first phone call to have my Lily Rasi picked up for a private cremation, to the day Lily Rasi was returned home was absolutely flawless comforting service. Excellent communication to a fine detailed personal touch. The feeling of having lost a dear pet, was and is a very painful time. However I gained trust in your service and the final journey for Lily Rasi concluded with a deep sense of comfort. The artist who drew the portrait captured the beautiful eye expression of our little foxie. The portrait has brought Lily Rasi to life again! Thanks and keep up your excellent service.”

“I was extremely impressed in the way Goodbye Good Boy looked after my little girl Millie after her passing. I* was extremely upset as l had only lost my husband earlier in the year than to loose Millie was extremely hard Goodbye Good Boy looked after everything, picking Millie up from my home than returning her ashes to me in a beautiful urn. l would highly recommend Goodbye God Boy to anyone who looses a member of their family as Millie was more than just a dog to me.
