“It was the most difficult time in our lives when we lost our boy Jet. I found Goodbye Good Boy very compassionate and the staff easy to talk to. They took their time to discuss the process respectfully, were very professional, prompt and efficient. The white and timber box is beautiful. I recommend Goodbye Good Boy to anyone who loves their fury family.”

“Very supportive in taking care of our beloved cat Jessie on her final journey and returning her back home in a beautiful presented box with in was a beautiful urn with candle name plank and foot print, The Goodbye Good Boy truly have a heart,I recommend them any time.😺”

“I don't think the process of these arrangements could have gone any smoother. From the moment I made that first emotional phone-call to arrange collection of my beautiful girl, I was made to feel so at ease and comforted. The things you offer in your packages go above and beyond and I know you'll understand what this effort means to those who have lost their beloved pets. Your service should be commended - it's not an easy thing to go through but the staff at Goodbye Good Boy made it as pleasant as I could imagine. I can't thank you enough for taking good care of my DeLilah and being so kind to me in my time of sadness and pain - it means more than you'll ever know.”

“My sincere thanks to everyone at Goodbye Good Boy for their most compassionate and truly caring help through this most difficult time in my life. They completed their duties with respect and sympathy at every step, and returned my beloved hound's ashes in a beautiful wooden engraved box along with his paw prints and a lovely scented candle. “The Goodbye Good Boy team were amazing, from first contact with James via their website, to having Oscars remains collected from my house to having him delivered back home. Their kindness and compassion really made a difference when saying goodbye to my 13 year old best friend, Oscar the pug. I also love the digital print they provided of him. “I honestly can’t thank Goodbye Good Boy enough for the exceptionally heart warming and sentimental service that they’ve provided our family during a very upsetting time grieving our beautiful dog Teilla. We were provided with support and very clear communication regarding the service every step of the way. The caring and compassionate services that were provided by the staff at Goodbye have been greatly appreciated by my whole family. “It’s the best money spent. After losing our fur baby of almost 19 years, Goodbye Good Boy took care of everything. I really liked the box that we chose to put the ashes, along with the paw prints, the card and the beautiful digital portrait. Everything was done with such detail.. Thank you Goodbye Good Boy. 🐾”

“Couldn’t thank Goodbye Good Boy enough. Our girl Roxy passed away after a 10 month battle with Lymphoma. Roxy was picked up an hour after she went to sleep. Caitlin kept me updated constantly during the entire process. Roxy came home to us a week later as promised. Thank you for being very compassionate and understanding”

“So happy with the service I have received from goodbye good boy. They are so compassionate with what you are going through very helpful in every way. “I don't quite have the words to express properly how amazing the team have been; from beginning to end I felt heard and cared for and no request was too difficult or strange. The careing, loving and supportive energy I recieved is no less than above and beyond, no matter if I was making another request or they were just calling to check in and see how I was doing; there was always someone there to listen, to chat to, to share with. Fortunately for me I have a very good support system, but even with them in place, Goodbye Good Boy was still able to fill in gaps and help me get through this difficult process. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone, but especially, ESPECIALLY, to people who don't have a lot of support or aren't great at being the first to reach out. I'll definitely be using their services again, but hopefully not for a good many years yet.”

“James talked me thru everything! My 17 year old dog was picked up from home. And her ashes delivered back to me! The experience was amazing! Her beautiful box, with her name on it! And the amazing portrait done of her outstanding! The following up call from katelyn weeks After was very comforting! I would highly recommend this company! I feel at peace! My girl had the best goodbye! RIP Brandi! 🐶💞”
