“The Team at Goodbye Goodboy exceeded my expectations during a very traumatic time. The care, concern and love was appreciated. The care and love they showed Rosie,.it was like Rosie belonged to them too. Their attention to detail in returning Rosie was overwhelming and exceeded and expectation I had. “Fabulous service, I called last minute and was able to arrange same day pickup for my dog. The staff were caring and considerate.. the cremation box was elegantly presented with a beautifully labeled wooden box, scented candle, paw print and satchel of ashes that I requested to put in jewellery.. I was grateful for this service because I was terrified my dog would be cremated with other animals and totally at peace when told my dog would be cremated on her own. Thank you goodbye Goodboy for helping me give my beloved pet a fabulous ending and for the gorgeous keepsakes. I adore them..”

“We were overwhelmed by the support and care given to us. Our “Goodboy” was so much a part of our family, we loved him deeply. When he was collected it was done with care and compassion. He was returned in a beautifully presented box with his ashes, candle and card all with his name. A positive experience from a compassionate, caring business. We are very great fully Hi”

“I came across an ad for this company when I had to very unexpectedly and very quickly (within the day) let my boy go. They exceeded way beyond my expectations in laying my boy to rest for the last time. From the get go, James was very accommodating and helpful even with the very short notice. When my boy finally came home, he was delivered (personally by a team member, Isaac) in the loveliest manner and you could tell just how much care and love went into the whole process - even the outer box was very lovely! My boys' ashes came in the loveliest wooden box and the prints were all done very well. Thanks James and team - I really appreciate everything you have done for us.”

“This service made the difficult & sad task of saying goodbye to our 16 year old family dog, Henry, a little easier. I was assured that Henry would be cremated by himself with his favourite blanket & bed. When they returned his ashes to us in the beautiful box with a candle & paw prints it felt like he’d been given the send off he deserved. Highly recommend it, worth the expense & I can’t imagine ever saying goodbye to another loved pet in any other way.”

“Our baby girl passed suddenly in her sleep of a stroke. We were devastated. I'd heard of GGB & called them to see what to do. They had a van out within a few hours. Letting us say our goodbyes, then closing the door. A week later, she came home. Decorated in a beautiful box, named & with her paw print. Though cost would not have been an issue, under $500 to have her home was a blessing.”

“Loosing our beagle Swanny to cancer was devastating especially only having him for 5 years cancer does not discriminate! All we had to do was make phone call to James and the rest was organised. They are caring and very understanding. They made it easier for us to grieve rather than try and organise everything. Swanny come home beautifully presented. Thank you for everything highly recommended.”

“We really appreciated just how caring and respectful the vet was, she took time to familiarise herself with our dog and make sure our dog was comfortable and trusted her so she wasn’t stressed or anxious. The vet made sure our dog was comfortable and sleepy during the euthanasia process. As she put it, “she will feel like she is drifting off to sleep” and that’s how it went. We were also very happy with the digital artwork we received commemorating our beautiful dog and also very grateful for the lovely wooden urn box her remains were returned to us in. The whole process was made easier because of Goodbye Good Boy and we are so grateful that our dog’s last day was able to be handled with love and dignity.”

“We lost Rufus Andrew and he was a much loved family member. He was a rescue dog and we wanted to make sure when the time came to say goodbye he was treated the best way. From the initial phone call with James, to Rufus getting transferred to his return home by Michelle, he was treated like he was one of the pets of the staff of Goodbye Goodboy. “Sadly and unexpectedly the vet told us that our beautiful 13 year old dog didn’t have long to live and suggested that we think about euthanising her. We didn’t want her to be stressed or in pain, so decided that it would be more peaceful and dignified for Toto to organise to have this done at home. We decided to use Goodbye Good Boy because the words on their website really resonated with us – “a pet’s final days should not be the worst days of their life”. The entire experience with Goodbye Good Boy was exceptional – from first contact with James to Dr Courtney’s beautiful gentle manner to having Toto’s ashes returned to us. They were compassionate and professional and made an incredibly sad time more bearable. Dr Courtney was in no rush and made sure that Toto was entirely comfortable with her before the process began. When the time came Toto passed peacefully, on the lounge, with us around her. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful way for her to go. Thank you to all – your kindness is very much appreciated.”
