“The sneakers I ordered were a tad small. I don't see that being your company's problem though. My husband has a pair and said they fit true to size, so I placed my order based off his word and a few other reviews that I read. No problems with shipping, which is a relief since I live in the US. One thing that was strange was that upon ordering my shopping cart would not update. Perhaps I held the sneakers in the cart for too long and when I was ready to check out my time had expired? Although I didn't notice any indication of it. Then my credit card wouldn't go through for the transaction. After a few tries, I completely logged out of the website and started the process from the beginning and that seemed to work. Not a huge hurdle, but maybe one to mention. Thanks for putting out quality product.”
