“I just wanted to a moment to acknowledge you and how amazing your customer service is. First of all you newsletter was the reason why I was able to purchase Yeezy 350 Zebra. I thought It would be a long shot, however I succeeded to put an order through on your site. I made an order at 5:00AM Eastern Standard time Friday, and I had the sneakers Thursday 7:00PM Eastern In Buffalo, NY. The presentation with the awesome box and card. So amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I was so impressed and I’ve ordered sneakers many places. You come second to NONE. Absolutely amazing. Thank you.”

Hi, Thank you for your order from The Goodhood Store. We’re really sorry that you feel aggrieved after speaking with our customer service team regarding an issue with your order. In this instance, we are surprised that you feel disappointed with the resolution provided. Having reviewed the case, it appears that you were promptly refunded despite the product in question being ineligible for a return on the grounds of hygiene and customer safety. We accept there was some contest to this initially, but did, after polite and cordial discussion choose to refund you in full and discard the now unsaleable product. “Phoned up cancelled my order the same day was told it was cancelled and would receive a refund within 5 working days. 2 days later then sent out the shoes I was told were cancelled now I have to pay £10 to send them back to them. Contacted customer service but got no where terrible shop to deal with !”
