I placed an order on June 6th of all beached themed candles approximately 6 candles. I wanted them for The July 4th Holiday to give to my Lakehouse guest. Still I have not rec’d them. I’ve reached out 4-5 times to the company & keep getting the same excuse, they’ll look into it. I no longer want the candles, but I will take a refund.

The candles smell good, when they actually arrive. It takes several weeks for them to even be shipped out. You get the same response every time you ask about it being shipped out. Due to sales and promotion, sometimes they can delay the shipping.. same answer every time. But now they want you to spend extra to have it shipped 2-3 days. They have officially lost a customer due to such a long shipping time. I can't ever buy these for gifts like I was doing. They just don't ever show up on time.

If you live in Canada’s they will charge you 30 for shipping and duties. They put the duties in place months before necessary. They hold your order for a week or more if you don’t pay more for expedited shipping. The candles a little below BBW. While their selections is massive it’s boring.

These candles "smoke" much worse than any candles I have ever bought. I have bought candles from B&B for many years and stupidly tried to save money by trying Goose Creek! Never again.

There are spam accounts attached to them on Instagram. I ordered 50 dollars worth of candles and it was a total scam. They sent tracking information through a foreign tracking company and shows delivered. When I messaged them they were real quick to tell me I have been scammed and the tracking number doesn't match. I would think companies like this would report spam attachments to their business to avoid customers being taken advantage of. Either way this company does not practice good business policies. Do not use them!

There needs to be a Zero star option. I ordered 8 candles only to not get them and been back and forth with the ridiculous emailing telling me my order was refunded, indeed it was not. This is a scam. Dont waste your money.

I ordered candles a few days ago and they haven’t shipped, as if there website is lying about what they have on hand. If they are literally making candles to order they should indicate that on their website, now I’m nervous about even getting my order. I don’t do reviews, but not shipping a product is annoying

Great smelling candles but a rip off. I used a scratch off pop up for this order I placed. I provided my cell phone number as well. This isn't my first order with them and I have given them plenty of business so I figured this time let me actually use this discount. It did not reflect on my total that I paid at all. I reached out to customer service and they were very inflexible and did not assist me at all. I sent an email because you cannot call them and the email said I used it already, which is a lie because I never ever provided my cell phone number and upon looking at my previous orders where I spent hundreds of dollars it does not even appear. So I just did a chat with a representative Ava, and she went ahead and told me it gives me a discount for the most expensive candle that it would only cost me $9.99 well I spent more on these candles and she said in the chat she gave me a credit. I started to think wow that seems very nice let me look in my inbox, I did. She indeed gave me a refund all right, a $1 refund. I attached my bill with this refund she provided. I will never buy another candle from this company ever again. They are cold people that do not have live people to speak to and their demeanor for their customers clearly lacks any kind of emotion so I suggest if you want a good smelling candle go somewhere else where you could speak to a live person because these people are absolutely insensitive and insulting. $1 refund are you kidding me on a discount I've never used ever? Do not shop here keep going! Attached is the receipt some of the receipt because the camera could only take so much but I wanted everyone to see the $1 refund that this company issued a customer who spent so much money.

Ordered room sprays and paid for expedited shipping only to have my order shown as being in Walton,Ky for 5 days,let customer service know and they told me it was lost in shipment and then was told it hadn't shipped! Which is it??? Lost or not shipped??? When I told them to cancel the order they said they can't refund money! Oh really? Had to dispute the charge with my bank and received my funds back. My advice stick to Bath and Bodyworks,customer service is so much better as are the scents

I bought 7 wax melts. I can’t smell any of them. I stick my nose into the wax. Still zero scent. Very disappointed. I had tried their jar candles years ago, and they didn’t have much of a scent either, but their ads and positive reviews sucked me in. Who is leaving these positive reviews? They literally have zero scent!

Love the candles! However when you place your order why does it take so long for them to be shipped? Should not take this long and it seems that is the majority of complaints.

I ordered two candles from them. Different flavors. One was supposed to be a vanilla and one was supposed to be apricot and they both smelled exactly the same. When I contacted them they pretty much said you can spend your own money to return it. You won't get back the money you spent for shipping it to you and then they came back with.:We'll give you a $5 credit to order more. The worst customer service don't buy from them!

Worst customer service in history - I wish I could give them zero stars. Their 1.9 rating is no surprise. I received damaged candles and they wanted me to deal with it instead of just replacing the entire order or at best sending me another box to put the ones I wanted replaced in to return. They said they don't accept broken items, but they didn't have an issue with me having to deal with it. I should have sent them back anyway. I threw the entire box in the trash. Total waste of my money and time. I even filed a complaint with the BBB. After they gave me a credit for the broken candles, they ignore my two follow-up request including asking for anther box. I will NEVER EVER buy from them again, and if I were you, I wouldn't either...LOL

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a rather large order and never received. It was labeled as “pending delivery” with the mail carrier, so I was not able to claim it as lost. It was marked as “shipped,” “pending delivery,” etc, multiple times. As someone who ships items often, none of the labels given to the shipping process matched the package actually leaving Goose Creek’s possession, making it where I could not file a claim with the carrier. After MULTIPLE emails made to the company, I was offered a gift card worth 50% of my original order cost. I fully understand a circumstance involving offering “store credit” - but if you cannot even offer 100% back when I never received the package, that is all I need to know about you as a company. Called my money a total loss & will NEVER shop this company again.

I made a good size order 10 days ago, still no candles, I checked tracking it only says there’s no info on the package, it’s just delayed. I emailed the company NO response at all!!!! It’s a real shame they conduct their business this way! I WOULD have been a very loyal customer, but not now! They should have at least responded to me! Shame!

New signature candles (perfume fragrances like Cloud. My order was $166. I was over the moon that they made perfume candles. They are all terrible. A few smell like chemicals and two that I was hoping to love have such a light fragrance to them, far less of a throw than their normal candles have. Folks take my advice and just DONT. I hate myself for not waiting on the reviews first!!!!!
