“Hi, thank you for giving me the opportunity to let you know that I didn't receive what I had ordered however I did receive the equivalent ie 4x 250ml as a pose to 2x 500ml... I would much prefer the larger bottles (as ordered) as they have a pump. Next time if I could ask if someone called or email to advise rather then just sending them out, that would be better customer service :-) Many thanks Michelle”
