I rebooked 3 out of my 5 flights to NZ from 3wks to 2wks, paid $411 rebooking fee (1.Darwin to 2.Melbourne to 3.Auckland to 4.Christchurch to 5.Melbourne to Darwin). Going to NZ is smooth, but when I went to check in for my flight (Auckland to Christchurch) on the new date that I asked the travel agency to rebook, the airline said I was not on the flight. Agency didn’t actioned the rebooking. I have to buy 3 new flights because of booked accommodation, rental car and adventures. I raised a refund request for the 3 flights that I have to buy ($1400+). After multiple emails, phone calls and stress, the travel agency only refunded me $411 rebooking fee. They also got the money from the flights that I did not use. They responses to my email are also generic. DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY.

Appalling service . I complained , via Resolver , the complaints Ombudsman website in the UK about SKYSCANNER..who have GO TO GATE on their website ..I asked SKYSCANNER to ban GO TO GATE forever as the service is so appalling Well , there is NO SERVICE …0% …service They tell you - the portal is down - The person who deals with this is out of the office Etc etc Excuses and more excuses. They always say they will call back ..they never do . I must have made 30 phone calls over 3 days . SKYSCANNER we’re not impressed and the Head of Customer Care emailed me . But that was a waste of time as the service did not improve at all .

The worst service! I paid extra for a flexi-ticket & have been trying to change my flight for almost 2.5 weeks; every day I'm told that someone will call me back, which they never do. They've had ample time to resolve this & now here we are, less than two days before the flight departs & still nothing. The staff are rude & no one seems to have any recollection of previous conversations. Would give them a 0 rating if I could & really don't understand how a company like this continues to operate. Save yourself the hassle!

People, avoid gotogate When I buying the tickets through the Gotogate I had no idea what this agent is awful. My flights tickets should included checking bags for three, My outbound trip included luggage but the inbound don't. I have the confirmation email and etickets from Gotogate where the checking bags is included in both direction. I contacted with customer service about that situation and..... So I phone call they told me I should contact with the airline which I have flight off course the airline can't do nothing because the agent booked the tickets, so they sent me back (Actually airline was right) Next phone call They promise to checking carryfully and contact with me few days later I got email from gotogate that my checking bags is included to my trip in both direction and I can check on airline website so I did and was like before no checking bags. Next phone call again promise to checking carryfully and sent my issue to another department. After few days I got email that I was right and my checking bags isn't included to my inbound trip. Next day email said "Please pay for bags to the airline and then share the invoice with us" so I did that with hope they will refund and problem will gone I WAS WRONG!!! I spent for extra checking bags £180, but the gotogate refund me £17.79. they cheated me and I'm sure not only me. Next phone call again same talk and promise to solve this issue, but I am 1000% sure that never happen because they tried said me they have to contact with airline to refund for my luggage THAT THE LIE!!! the gotogate should be refund me my money, not airline because gotogate made booking the tickets and did it wrong. People, avoid this agent it's cheating, lies, what for waisted hours on phone calls, I thought that will be a little cheaper but actually I paid more.

Provided no service Airline canceled all flights on my travel date. GotoGate never send me an email notification. Airline does not have my contact info to notify me of changes. I found out from a friend taking the same flight. When I call to rebook, they said I need to call airline myself. Airline refunded in full, per airline website, to a credit card own by GotoGate. I call GotoGate for the refund and they are changing a $40 processing fee for the refund. I never received flight service, dealt with changes myself. What service did GotoGate provide?

AVOID!!!!! Total scammers. Still waiting for a refund from 2 years ago. Yes, 2 years!! Just keep getting fobbed off. They do absolutely nothing. Don’t trust this company they’re thieves!

Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. Words can’t describe how awful, stressful and disgraceful this company are. Messed up their end, countless times they told me they’d ring back, they didn’t. Messed up their end by accidentally cancelling the flight, not admitting it and went to the airport unknowing if we were actually going to make it. They do not care about you, messed up absolutely everything and I strongly advise no one ever to use this company. A holiday should be relaxing not the complete opposite. How awful to tell your kids at the airport that go to gate have messed up our flight and we can’t go on holiday. Customer service is shocking and disgraceful. I strongly advise anyone to never ever go through this company. Worst company out there. No one use if you’re actually wanting a stress free holiday- or a holiday at all for that matter.

Avoid at all costs!!!!! We had a nightmare with this company. Our flight was cancelled and Lufthansa changed the flight to later one in the day but advised us that GoToGate had to issue the tickets as they were purchased through them. We rang gotogate and were advised that new tickets were going to be emailed in 8 hours. 8 hours later nothing came through. We kept ringing up customers service who cannot speak proper English end then they advised us to keep waiting for the new tickets to arrive. After about 10 calls it turned out we were not booked onto the later flight! We had to purchase new tickets and fly from the other side of UK. Worst customer service I have ever experienced by any company. Never, ever buy tickets via this company and buy directly from the airline. We learnt this the hard way.

Such no class and scam travel app/agent GOtogate some body should thro out of the web system app says 24 hours cancellation allowed when booked n i for cancellation within 8 hours they says system not allowing i paid some extra charges for changable/refundable airline or agent says its not allowed such scammer irresponsible i never seen so i reqst with all pls pls pls dont use this gotogate app or vistara airline

This company is a complete scam, never use them. I tried to book a ticket for a specific time and after I paid they changed the time of the flight in my confirmation email. This was GoToGate's system's fault and not because of the change in the airline's schedule, as the airline was not listing on its website a flight for the time listed on GoToGate since before I booked through GoToGate. Even after spending hours on the phone and explaining the situation thoroughly GoToGate has denied any responsibility and is not giving me a refund, I am never going to use them again.

Should be ZERO star review. After nearly 3 years still waiting for a refund. 27 calls in the last 27 days, each call at least an hour - nobody can EVER assist you, a supervisor is NEVER AVAILABLE, they NEVER call back as promised. I have had 2 confirmation emails claiming refund has been processed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY _ They are a CON / SCAM

I have booked my ticket on 21st September to travel on 23rd September because it was an emergency. While booking there was no issues and I had to pay extra extra and for the seats and also additional services. I am going for a funeral but on 22nd early morning I received an email that the flight got cancelled due to technical issue. When I called customer care almost 5 times and everytime it got disconnected when I was talking to them. And atlast they said that they cannot help me and it was cancelled due to flight fare hike. Was it my mistake that the price was not updated while booking. And they said they cannot help me. The person to take authority Can call me back almost after 12hours... even if he tries to book, it cannot be processed on time since it has to go through different team. What do u expect me to do last min? I need to be there before tomorrow night. I dont want a refund. I just need to travel tomorrow. #Gotogate #Etraveligroup #travel @Mathias_Hedlund

Awful Awful service. Booked a flight from Sydney to London through Gotogate, showed up at the airport only to find out my flight had been changed and moved 24h earlier! so was told I had missed it and had to take another flight. Gotogate approved the change with the airline WITHOUT my knowledge and then didn't tell me about it. On top of that they wouldn't help me get back to London, and when I complained they put me on hold for hours until I hang up, gave me an email address to register my complaint that said I had to fill out a customer form and never provided me with the customer form. Gotogate is useless, and won't lift a finger for you once they have your money

I have to deal with lot of stuff to cancel flight right after I have booked in couple of hours. GoTogate support team provided very disappointing solutions all the time and I have directly talk to them. But they are not supportive at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE

NEVER NEVER NEVER !!!! GOTOGATE HIDDEN CHARGES, FRAUD ALERT !!!! Shows cheap rates but with hidden charges. I booked air tickets for my family to a trip to Dubai from India and back. While booking on the way to Dubai they gave me the option to select seats which I did according to my convenience with extra leg space and food etc and paid for it, but while booking the return flight they didn’t give me any option to choose my seats. I was presented with only two options, get random seat allocation or choose the option of getting seats together “BESIDES” as they quoted. Choose any one or else the booking can’t be completed , with no options left I selected BESIDES which charged me a total of 6400 INR in the name of seat allocation. I expected the seats to be either with extra leg space or at least meal included. Then when the booking was done , payment completed, I was sent an itinerary without seats being allotted and written BESIDES IN PLACE OF SEAT NUMBERS. I raised the concern in the chat option BECAUSE THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOSENT LEAD YOU TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT. And they told they will allot the seats soon. Now to my surprise when they updated the bookings with the seat numbers, those were the cheapest seats available in the whole aircraft. I went to the seat change window of the airline and could see a total of 1450 INR being spent on booking the cheapest possible seats in the aircraft. NO Extra leg space, No meals included nothing. There was a difference of INR 4950 between the charged amount and money actually spent. I again went to the chat portal to take this up. They told THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE AS YOU HAD PURCHASED A SERVICE FROM US. HOW BALLSY OF THEM TO SAY THAT !!!!! I asked for an upgrade of the seats or a refund of the difference or just the courtesy of buying the meals for us. , they just said nothing can be done. SO THAT’S THEIR WAY OF CHEATING INNOCENT PEOPLE AND LOOTING THEM. NEVER EVER TRUST THEM. I WOULD HAVE RATHER NOT COMPLAINED IF THEY WOULD HAVE CHARGED THAT MONEY AS GOTOGATE BOOKING COMMISION, BUT NO IT WAS FOR THE FANTASTIC “SEAT SELECTION SERVICE THEY HAVE OFFERED”. BEAWARE !!!!!

GO TO GATE company that will ruin your trip and mood for a long time 1. Before the flight I try to do checkin Online on the website of the company with which I am flying (ARKIA) My arline check -in references provided by the intermediary company GO TO GATE NOT SUITABLE !!!! for the site of the company ARKIA https://www.arkia.co.il/web-checkin-login thereby making online registration IMPOSSIBLE !!!! 2. When ordering a ticket, I bought EXTRA PRODUCTS such as : 1 Checked baggage 2 Seat reservations (ALREADY BOUGHT EXTRA PRODUCTS) To fill in the health declaration of the country I'm flying to, I need to enter my seat number which number I don't have but I bought it the company GO TO GATE from which I bought it did not provide it, and online registration is not possible to do because the company GO TO GATE provides WRONG CHECK-IN REFERENCE !!!! In general, this is some kind of hell of confusion
