“My new 2022 Marin arrived quickly, even under current COVID conditions. The bike appeared to be packaged well for shipping and so far everything seems to be in good condition upon arrival. I definitely appreciate the veterans discount. Spent the savings on shipping and a good set of pedals. Hitting the trails this whole holiday weekend. I’d definitely buy products from GovVelo again.”

“Such an easy purchase! I was very hesitant because the bike I had been wanting for months has been out of stock everywhere, but not only did they have one, they were able to change the coil and ship the bike ready to roll and no time at all! I did have a crank cap come loose, but the service and support are superior. They had a new crank cap and install instructions out to me very quickly. A+++”

“I ordered a bike from GovVelo. Once the bike got to me, it was great. The bike was in good shape, it was easy to put together, and it was ready to ride. It really was getting the bike to me. GovVelo claimed they shipped the bike, but the FedEx tracking number said it was never actually shipped. Contacting both, GovVelo said it's en route and will be on Saturday. FedEx claimed they never touched it. I called after the due date, and GovVelo opened a ticket with them. Still waiting. GovVelo claimed that they needed FedEx to confirm something before shipping another bike, so I wanted another 4-5 days for the confirmation. Finally, FedEx confirmed it, and they shipped me another bike. Be ready to wait if you order from them, FedEx sucks, and they don't offer any other options for shipping. Unfortunately, I will be using a vendor that doesn't use FedEx going forward.”

Hi Phillip, we're glad to hear everything with the bike was great once it arrived! We totally understand your frustration with FedEx. We and many other companies have had what seems more than a normal level of issues with them and UPS since the pandemic began. All of us would've hoped that by now they would've adjusted, but it hasn't seemed to be the case. The hard part is that FedEx and UPS control the market, so there aren't any other options for larger packages right now, otherwise, we definitely would use them. Despite the challenges with the original shipment, I'm glad we were able to get a replacement bike out to you! We're here for you should you decide to give us another try, and we'll definitely try to use a carrier other than FedEx if we can.
