“I live in the San Antonio area and just purchased a shotgun from them. I couldn’t find what I wanted locally and they had one. I have done biz with them in the past and they seemed to treat their. Customers pretty well, but this time was pretty poor. When we opened the box at my FFL dealer, we noticed that there were only 2 magazines present instead of the 3 that were supposed to be included. I went ahead and picked up the gun believing that they would do the right thing and get me the missing magazine. No way.... I spoke with a Guy by the name of Christian at GAG. His reply was that they don’t open the boxes when they get firearms in and other than giving me the phone number of the US Distributor for my shotgun I was on my own. He also told me that once I took possession of a firearm from them it was ineligible for return. Hey, I’ve called and emailed the distributor with no reply so far. I’m not holding my breath. I’m a big boy and I’ll live and learn on this one, but watch these guys....they are not at all concerned with the customer.”

“I ordered the Mossberg 930 Combo Black 12 GA 24" / 28" Barrels 4Rd and an extra Mossberg 93030 930XBL 12 24 FR barrel and a TacStar Magazine Extension total $837.00 and I specifically asked the associate if these barrels were ported and he assured me that they were and said he even matched them through the Mossberg site. Well I received my order and to my disappointment they were not. After calling and speaking to two people one the assistant manager (they said) at Grab a Gun I was basically told "Oh well" there is nothing we can do about it even though it was there mistake on my $837.00 order. The assistant manager wouldn't even offer me any compensation for the mistake on my $837.00 order all he did was say there is nothing I can do and stayed silent and said ok. I would never do businesses with Grab a Gun again and I advise anyone else be not to and if you do be careful on what you order you may not get what you ordered.”

I have purchased both my Weatherbys from them this way, and at the best price around, many dollars below anyone else, and the shipping was less than $8 dollars on each shipped to the FFL dealer of my choice. My last purchase was a Remington 700 Ultimate muzzleloader and I got it cheaper from them than anyone in Virginia would even talk about much less sell it. Paid cash for this and had it in about 6 days from the day I paid for it, and still less than $8 dollars for shipping . I have it in my head that I needa 6.5-300 Weatherby Weathermark and they have it for the best price around anywhere so I will again go back to this outstand firearms dealer. GrabaGun also sells pistols, scopes and other items that we all must have so give them a good look, you will not be sorry, I know I have been totally satisfied and will continue to buy there as long as my wife doesn't kill me for spending so much money on boytoys that we all "need" so badly...”
