“So far so good!! Royal mail caused a small delay but GradeMobile customer service answered me promptly with explanation and the phone arrived very soon after. Phone is in good working order, my son has loaded it up with all his stuff and it's working fine. All in all great!! 5☆'s”

“Absolutely awful service they do not answer the phone they do not reply to emails I want to make a return and they are making it impossible.Can't speak to a human at all I've been sent the wrong item and they are not replying to me”

“This iPad is horrendous for the price it’s takes forever to charge did not come with a box as it says Reboxed it’s nowhere near a grade B either . My poor daughters birthday ruined! terrible product”

“i bought an iphone xs, grade B. it was the cheapest i could find by £60. I was expecting to see some scratches, signs of wear...I was very pleasantly surprised that it looked brand new, literally not a scratch on it! 85% battery life...that will do! i've used the phone for a few days now, and works as expected.”
