“Great delivery, as it’s so quickly. Only thing is thee screen is not working properly and when I press on a letter, it doubles up and write randomm things. Mqybe you should leet the clients know”

“Still havnt received this phone I bought on Thursday on next day delivery I get that it would have been posted on Friday and expected delivery would have been Saturday but you used Royal Mail who are on strike you could have used a different delivery service to make sure it was delivered in time as my daughter Wally needed the phone as she broke hers”

“Terrible. Graded down my phone by £200 from original quote of £500 because of one small scratch to the glass. Refused the offer and they sent back. However, phone was last in the post and they are stating they can only claim for up to £100 as the only send it back Royal Mail tracked delivery even though the phone is worth more than the £100!!! Complete scam and I am now hundreds of pounds out of pocket. They are unwilling to help me to recover lost costs. WILL NOT EVER USE AGAIN”

“Always sceptical about buying phones that aren’t new but got to say I’m very happy with my purchase. I didn’t expect brand new always going to have scratches etc but only on the sides but I will be putting a cover on so not an issue. Will do it again without a doubt”

“I bought a "renewed" iPhone 11 for my sons birthday and it is pristine! Always a bit worried buying a second hand phone online but am really pleased with it. Fast delivery, great price, and nicely packaged... also liked that it came with a plug as usually only come with the wire. Very happy thank you 😊”
