“Bought a grade b iPhone 7. It’s in great condition and so far working very well. I was hugely impressed with the speed of delivery - ordered Wednesday afternoon arrived Thursday afternoon about 24 hours later. I had been waiting three weeks for a competitor company to deliver same thing and cancelled with them in the end. Well done Grade Mobile I am a happy customer”

“Bought iPhone XS Max on Thursday and arrived Friday mid day - so pleased with the packaging and protective bubble wrap on the device. Renewed product like new - one little hair scratch and that’s it - rather get this phone from Grade Mobile than the Apple Store. Will recommend to anyone who wants a upgrade or replacement.”

“OK, apart from receiving a great phone initially, and delivered quickly. What I received was A* class. However, something happened late on where the home button started to develop a fault. Normally this is where less reputable companies fall apart, not Grade Mobile. Before I knew it they arranged for me to send it straight to them without any fuss (not one question). They then explained how they wanted the phone (Factory Reset etc;). Two days later Libby (who I dealt with) mailed me and said a new phone is already on its way. 2 days later !!. Honestly, it's so nice to deal with a A* company who deals in A* products. I cannot believe I am gushing so much but I was worried and Libby took over and sorted it no problems. Thanks.”

“Very prompt delivery, well packaged and secure. Second renewed iPhone I have bought from Grade Mobile. First one was for my teenage daughter and I was so impressed I bought one for myself. Good as new, you wouldn't know it was renewed. Highly recommended.”

“Item was a gen 3 apple smart watch- I have to say the condition exceeded my expectations- item was described as A- I haven’t been able to spot any sign of previous use, and unexpectedly two brand new watch straps accompanied the order, which was by the way dispatched and received within 36 hours!
