“AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not waste your time with these cowboys, they will make up a reason to not offer the full price of the original offer, then ignore any further emails. Good luck getting your phone back. There is even a Facebook group of people seeking legal advice who have all been scammed from the company.”

“I’d give this a 3 because i traded my iPhone 6s for £60 and it charged me £250 first then it charged me £60 more but I realised I need to deliver the phone to them then I will get my £60 they don’t scam it was a little stress”

“Awful, sent in my iPhone XS Max in excellent condition, literally NO marks or damage and they revise quote to over £100 less than quoted! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Better off getting a £20 lesser quote with someone else but much better service! cowboys!”

“Terrible service on 2 occasions I was told the phone had been sent then 4 days later they say it’s out of stock they want an extra £60 for a upgrade or they will send me a refund I asked for the refund now they will not email me back this shop is terrible.”

“Absolutely shocking service and company. You do not get your quoted amount and they will not even honour their own live quote system which makes them utterly useless. My device was in pristine condition and they treated it like it been in a war zone. I will be sharing my experiences with others and I do not believe for one minute that the other reviews are legitimate. Probably bots or people that work for the company. AVOID!!!”

“DO NOT SELL YOUR MOBILE TO THIS COMPANY! I sent this company my mobile for them to quote me £100 less. I rejected this offer and asked them to send back. 3 emails to then to chase and a week later and I have still not had any communication from them. I have also tried calling, but nobody ever answers due to “high call volume” and are disconnected. Beginning to think this company is a scam, and will be calling police if phone not returned this week.”
