“Well phone arrived, but not the condition it should have been, sent phone back, which was easy and free ! Called their customer service, wow very helpful, agreed to send me the same phone but upgraded at no extra cost. Very professional service. Arrived the next day, what can I say. Thank-you grade mobile, have a great Xmas”

“I'm so impressed with Grade Mobile. I've been stung before buying reconditioned phones online so I was dubious and carefully read the reviews as well as made contact with Grade Mobile. The team were helpful and fair. The deal was a good one. The phone arrived quicker than expected, well packaged and matched the description perfectly. “I ordered an iPhone 7 and the first dispatch was locked which meant I couldn't use it on my network. As this was for work I called and Shannon very clearly understood the urgency and managed to find a way to get me a replacement. Her customer service was excellent. I understand mistakes can happen but what's important is how you rectify them and Grade Mobile did this to my satisfaction.”

“Don’t usually write reviews but was so impressed with the service and product that I feel I should! First time that I have used this company .. bought a phone for my son for Christmas.. put a note to say that on my order and the product arrived in almost perfect condition (tiny scratch on the top of the phone that my other son noticed but I didn’t!). The product was as new in an Apple box and charged... thank you so much .. will be recommending your company 😁”
