“I got grade A iPhone 6s and the phone looks brand new it’s in perfect condition everything works perfect so far only problem is the battery goes down abit to fast the battery health was on 81% so it wasn’t a new battery but they offered to help me”

“Came in great condition very pleased with how discreet the packaging was and works great, even had 100% battery health and only one tiny scratch on the housing (bottom of the phone) would definitely shop here again if I needed another upgrade 😉”

“I ordered an iPhone 7 and the first dispatch was locked which meant I couldn't use it on my network. As this was for work I called and Shannon very clearly understood the urgency and managed to find a way to get me a replacement. Her customer service was excellent. I understand mistakes can happen but what's important is how you rectify them and Grade Mobile did this to my satisfaction.”

“Next day delivery of an iPhone. Came with a charging cable but without original packaging which was absolutely fine considering the excellent price paid. I'd priced up getting a replacement battery and charging port on my old phone and the price for a complete device from Grade mobile wasn't much more. Only a few days in but it seems to be an excellent product for the price.”

“Great service, prompt delivery, only reason for 4 star is because of the physical condition of the phone, am not bothered about the scratches as it was expected and advised on the website but at least someone could have cleaned the phone especially when it’s refurbished. Considering the price I paid for it is not big deal. Overall am happy with my purchase and will definitely use you guys in future if needed”
