Disgusting customer service, complained over a month ago about wallpaper I had purchased for £35 each roll that was different shades when I had put them up, obviously they had been stored in separate places! Email back asking for photos which I have sent but still no reply! Now going to consumer advice

No refund given for return roll. The agent I spoke to said within 14 days the refund would credit. 3 weeks later - NOTHING! And my email has not been responded to!

I used the Graham & Brown calculator to estimate how much wall paper was required. Accurate measurements were put into their calculator - which said 6 roles were required. Actually only 4 rolls were needed!!!! DON'T TRUST THE CALCULATOR - THE ONLY HELP FROM THAT IS FOR GRAHAM & BROWN TO SELL MORE PAPER THAT YOU DON'T NEED. DISGRACEFUL PRACTICE.

This was not a BAD experience, it was a HORRENDOUS experience. I ordered a mural that, when pictured on the page, had a scattering of little beautiful butterflies. When the package arrived, I could immediately see that these weren't little butterflies but mammoth creatures!!!! When I contacted the service department, I was told that they have a 'no-return' policy and that I should have seen that pronouncement at the bottom of the website. I RE-VISITED THE WEBSITE AND THEIR WAS NO POLICY LISTED unless the visitor scanned through reams of other announcements to click on return policy. This 'item' cost $175.00 and now I have to eat it? If there was less than one star, this so called company would get it. Mrs. Silberg, Los Angeles, California

The product is okay, but the customer service is poor. Not only that, but they're lying. We ordered three rolls of wallpaper and had one roll left over so we returned it - in original, sealed condition within the 30 day limit and after getting the Return Authorization number. They did not refund our money (it's a very expensive roll of wallpaper) and said it was opened. I packed the return and I'm positive that the roll was never opened, so I think they just find excuses not to refund our money.

The return policy is bad. I opened the plastic and realized the product was not as I had expected, and due to the open wrapper, I am unable to return.

Painter says it's the worst paint he's ever used and the finish after 4 coats of exterior eggshell is so poor I've made the decision for him to paint it over with dulux. A very expensive mistake and I would never buy it again. Poor coverage too. Customer service ignored a complaint.

I ordered bespoke curtains, waited endlessly, had numerous apologies, before being told it had been lost in transit in Dubai. Astonishing

The paint I received has not had the colour mixed into it so I got a re/brown base mix instead of taupe. The customer service eventually dealt with it but no apologies or offers of compensation considering I had used a tester costing £9!! and could therefore prove by sending photos of both sample and 2.5litre tin! I reviewed as requested by email but this doesn’t seem to show on their website (what a surprise) but I have since read a lot of reviews having the same problem. I will go to Farrow and Ball in future

I bought some paint and the paint I received looked vastly different to the one on the website. So I painted some on a piece of white paper and sent photo's of how different the paint looked when dry compared to all the pictures on their website, but because the wet paint looked similar to the original (in the tin, not dry on the walls) they said that was the correct paint, but who sells paint by the colour of the paint wet!? And who buys paint based by the colour of the product wet? The colour was grey-blue on the site (images of painted dry walls) and beige-cream when dry in reality. I have opened a Paypal case to try and get my money back as they have ignored the difference in colour (referring only to the paint wet in the tin) and have not offered a refund even though the paint is unused and it was requested. Customer services are unhelpful and don't seem to care.

After hours of research I finally decided on this deep navy colour for the feature in my new flat. When I opened the tin, I saw the colour wasn't navy but purple. But the inner rim of the lid shows some navy colour, and I double checked the tin. The information on the tin matched my order details. So, I believed the paint will change colour when it drys. But it hasn't, it stays purple as it is. I contacted the customer service straight away. Because the new brush & roller cannot be re-used again, and I needed to purchase white paint to cover the purple. I would expect Graham Brown to compensate for this. However, the customer service team don't seem to care about my loss, only can offer replacement or refund. And argued that I shouldn't have painted the whole wall when the colour didn't look right. I really don't know what her point is? if I didn't paint the whole wall, the roller & brush were still wasted. and I will still buy white paint to cover the purple. And I did check the information on the tin to confirm that I received the correct paint. To me, this company does not care about their customers. Very disappointed!

Do NOT buy wallpaper from the Graham & Brown website because their packaging process prior to postal dispatch is woefully inadequate. We bought three rolls of expensive wallpaper plus paste and it was delivered in an oversized box with nothing to stop the contents banging around inside and damaging the wallpaper rolls. I've sent photos to Graham & Brown but they refuse to replace the damaged contents. IT'S JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Despite obvious faults in the wallpaper and countless e-mails back and forth with customer service G&B refused to refund the monies for 2 of the 6 rolls that I had hung prior to discovering dark equal width strips down each joint of hung - paste the wall - Sieta Ice - Silver paper. Rcommending I seek the refund from the retailer (B&Q) difficult without the hung paper as it was stripped 3 days after hanging and replaced with a cheaper -paste the wall product. A credit note was of no use as whole house decorating is now complete. Watch out for this paper type at £20 per roll there is a problem not seen at all in the replaced paper of similar colour and construction

They expect you to spend £80 on a roll of wallpaper. Make you pay £1 for a sample. And the sample is an a4 size. How on earth are you supposed to see if you like it on a wall?! RIP OFF!

Friendly knowledgable staff at Dalton Park branch. Wallpaper delivered next day. It went on very well. Easy to match and it cut cleanly without snagging using a sharp knife. It looks good.

Ordered and paid for two samples of wallpaper. I was expecting at least a full width sample, as other companies send you but no I got an A6 sample. Sample wallpaper is tiny it doesn’t give you any idea of the pattern so lost my custom!

All the process was outstanding until it came to my refund of unused wallpaper rolls. It's been six weeks and I am still waiting, after providing all tracking numbers. It's such a shame as wallpaper good quality.
