“Products quite good but good luck with any problems. Customer service woefully lacking. Stock answers given to questions and then request photos and statements for a problem that was as simple as making the wrong size blind.. photos sent of short blind but wanted more just to string it out.well it worked I gave up and will take my custom elsewhere”

“Nice range of paint colours, but appalling quality. Paid nearly £50 for Adeline Matt Emulsion (2.5L) to decorate small vestibule. It required 5 coats, still patchy, and the finish is like chalk so marks incredibly easily.”

“Waited 3 weeks for 1 roll of wallpaper, eventually contacted customer support, was told they didn't have stock so just cancelled the order there and then. Terrible experience”

“The paint I received has not had the colour mixed into it so I got a re/brown base mix instead of taupe. The customer service eventually dealt with it but no apologies or offers of compensation considering I had used a tester costing £9!! and could therefore prove by sending photos of both sample and 2.5litre tin! I reviewed as requested by email but this doesn’t seem to show on their website (what a surprise) but I have since read a lot of reviews having the same problem. I will go to Farrow and Ball in future”

“Paint Have given it two stars because it marks and chips so easily, really annoyed. Emulsion for walls and resistance ?? For wood work in the same colour Tiriu. Which In itself is gorgeous.”

“My paint is a lovely colour but not sure about longevity at all-got the resistance emulsion and boy does it mark-when I wiped it, so d of the paint comes odc on my cloth and leaves the wall lighter-maybe it's because use its a dark blue - hence had to order another pot-may as well gone for farrow and ball-very disappointed-expensive and time consuming as I have to paint the whole wall again”

“I just received my wallpaper and I am disappointed that I cannot even open one roll to see what it really looks like, or I won't be able to return it. It is a VERY bold paper so I would like to see it first. You can't really see the pattern from a small sample or on a roll with the plastic covering it. So now I feel like I just have to return it and I have to pay return shipping so it was just a waste of my money and time. The worst part is, I might love the paper and want to keep it but I can't tell because you return instructions state that you cannot remove the plastic. I think that's stupid. I understand if I got it dirty or cut it and wanted to return it but I should be able to see it first. Bummer.”

“The colour fastness of the design is very poor, simply by brushing paper onto wall and wiping gently some wallpaper paste that was on the pattern side, the pattern started to wear away! really not good, not up to acceptable standards.”
