“Ordered Saturday lunchtime - arrived Monday - Great service. BUT I was on the phone on Saturday to a young lady who wasn't aware of the 20% discount that I got with my sample order and who basically refused to take my order over the phone so I had to spend another 15 minutes ordering through the website when all I really needed to do was to give my card number and delivery address to her. Case of "Computer says no" attitude which was not helpful to me - a first time customer.”

“Delivery was fast. Wallpaper quality good. Ordering was not satisfactory however. Ordered online however after I submitted my bank details at check out I was informed that I had paid for 5 rolls and not 2 as I intended. I contacted customer service the next morning before my order was dispatched only to be told that I could not change my order or cancel it. I now have to return 3 rolls when I believe the company could have saved me the hassle by letting me change my Order.”

“My order when it arrived had two items missing and two extra items I hadn't ordered- however customer services sent the missing items the next day.”

“Your delivery was great and your wallpaper excellent quality . Your customer services were a joke ! Couldn't get through on three occasions , just answer phone telling me to check with web site. Then on one occasion, got though put on hold for two minutes then cut off , again told to check web site! The reason I was trying to talk to them was because, you offer free delivery on orders over £75.00, my order came to£80.00, I had a 10% off voucher for ordering a sample, you've guessed it ! , now my order comes to £72.00, no free delivery!!! Joke !!”

“I am still waiting for the paper samples I ordered; had to just take a chance and order the paper. I would agree the DPD delivery service for the main order left a lot to be desired.”
