“We ordered six rolls of wallpaper for our kitchen and loved it. On the day it was being installed (by a professional) he was half way done when he noticed that the same exact print came from 2 different batches. The result was that the colors were not identical. We were extremely disappointed and annoyed. Did you know that you have to look at the specific batch numbers even though you order 1 pattern? I did not. The ONLY redeeming factor out of this silly debacle was my interaction with Anna Maria. She listened, validated my feelings (of annoyance and frustration), and solved our problem as quickly as she could. Look, mistakes happen. Its how they are handled that make all the difference in the world - and she made that difference. One star off for sending me 2 batches - 4 stars for fixing the problem and being a wonderful human being.”

“Graham & Brown provide a good online service and I was able to buy the wallpaper I wanted with minimum fuss and it was delivered to the door. I only gave 4* because the search on the website could not find the required wallpaper using the reference number on the roll (Super Fresco 15010). The system gave me something that looked similar. However searching the web using the reference number pointed me to their website locating the correct paper, which I was able to order correctly.”

“Ordering online was simple, however, the process of getting the wallpaper was confusing: a few days after placing the order I got an email from UPS indicating the product will be arriving in a couple of days so I was surprised at how quickly it would be delivered . On the expected delivery date I had another email indicating the product was delivered... though not to my house but in Pennslavania! Confused, I called G & B where I learned that delivery was a two step process: The item is shipped from Jersey to a holding center in PA then is given to purolator for shipment to my home in Canada. I spoke to customer service twice and no one mentioned this process which does not make sense as i live closer to Jersey than PA! Simple communication to the customer would've resulted in a score of 5 points! This score is only for customer service and ease of ordering as I dont yet have the product so that will be another post!”
