“First if all I live your YouTube channel and your level of knowledge, based on this I decided to order on your shop. The order arrived fast but the packaging was awful. The Stones, the Sand and the pump heads where just thrown in one parcel together with some cardboard. When the package arrived, the bag of sand was partially ripped open by the Stones and some of the sand was all over the rest of the delivery. I'm not totally disappointed but to be honest I expected a more professional way of packaging.”

“Könnyű, gyors rendelés, a webshop jól használható, átlátható. Szerettem volna egy kisebb változtatást a rendelésemben, ezt gyorsan sikerült megoldani, kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Személyes átvétel volt élő állat miatt, az üzletben is maximálisan segítőkész és vásárló orientált volt mindenki, minden kérdésemre kaptam szakszerű választ.”

“The best aquarium store in Europe for planted aquariums. Their aquarium showroom, which I have visited, is on par with ADA (Aqua Design Amano). Everything I have ordered has arrived in perfect condition. The plants that were sent to me in Greece arrived quickly and without any problems. And any issue that arises is answered immediately, and they are always willing to help!”
