“They’re incredibly industrious at Green Aqua. You place an order in the morning? The parcel is already on its way on the same day! Moreover, they’re very nice and kind when you need help and reply your emails within hours not days! “Egyelőre nem kaptam meg a csomagot de legutóbb nagyon gyorsan megkaptam. Javasolnám a “postán maradó csomag” opciót, vagy esetleg csomagautomata opciót lehetővé tenni. Konkurencia cégnél (Invitalpet) ezek lehetségesek (kicsit olcsóbb is úgy). Náluk a DPD csinálja a házhozszállítást, ők egy órás érkezési intervallumot adnak meg, legutóbb a green aquás csomagnàl a GLS azt hiszem nyolc órácintervallumot adott meg. Én ezeket tanácsolnám fejleszteni.”

Kedves Marcell, Köszönjük az észrevételt. A GLS-nél és nálunk is évek óta használható a GLS csomagpont opció, ami pont erre van kitalálva :) A rendelés megjegyzésbe meg kell írni melyik csomagpontra küldjük és a többi a mi dolgunk. Használunk egy GLS Flex Delivery szolgáltatást, ami telefonon elküldi a futár elérhetőségét és a várható szállítási időpontot. A kiszállítási időpontot a Flex Delivery miatt interneten is lehet módosítani, de a futár telefonszáma miatt a futárt közvetlenül is fel lehet hívni kiszállítás előtt. Csomagautomata csak korlátozná a kiszállítható termékek körét, ezért nem szerepel kínálatunkban. üdvözlettel, Green Aqua

“Hello, if I can make a criticism, the delivery was a bit slow. I state that I come from Italy but six days are a bit excessive. The plants arrived suffering, hottonia palustris dead. Fortunately, the other plants recovered. Having said that, the quality and seriousness are excellent. I love your videos. Greetings”
