“Made a purchase from the Netherlands, paid by bank transfer. Arrived after a week and was really well packaged. The glass lily pipe I ordered was also packaged very good and it arrived in one piece. This was my first purchase from Hungary and I was very pleased with the process, will order again in the future!”

Sorry to read about the issue. Live plants travel differently in-between seasons and on top of that, the travel time could affect really badly the plant condition. We're in the summer officially which means on warmer/hotter days aquatic plants simply can melt on the way. An express shipment may solve some of this, but that would come with a much higher price tag. If you did not do so yet, please reach out to our customer support team to help you with this issue.
